A homicide can still be found to be justified by prosecutors and investigating agencies, and no charges would be filed.

The claim of 8 gunshots were reduced to 3 with a finding of drugs in her system. I doubt there will be any consequences for his actions other than being over zealous doing the job, and missing a few procedure steps. Saw that Live PD on A&E has a Franklin County crew now. Arrested one girl that may have been in the life. I'm torn, it's interesting to watch to see all the areas I've traversed on my many visits. But man, I sure wouldn't want to be on Live TV for anything. LOL Has there been a buzz on the streets?

According to the aformentioned web site, there is a 7 minute delay to obtain written waiver to have your interaction filmed on the show.

Now towards the end of the artical it talks about the Camara man being in a public space where they may film without concent. Now this is confusing. It does add another possible risk to the mongering game.

Just wondering why anyone would ever concentrate to be on this show or any similar show.
