If I know a girl has done this to another, then she is immediately blacklisted. I think we should all write them off. Then maybe they would stop doing it. There are a few I would truly like to see, but they have pulled stunts like this in the past. So just based on principal, I won't call or schedule with them. It looks like they could run it like a business. As a self-employed person myself, I understand the temptation to say " That's enough for today, I think I'll knock off early ". But if your customers can't depend on you, then the time will come when you knock off early everyday, because you have nothing to do!
