I think it is an interesting attitude (and a noble one) to want to help the girls through your generosity and exclusion, but I also think you are naive and may be kidding yourself more than a bit.
Odds are, if you are in the hobby, you are not helping the girl you are fucking for money. You are enabling them with their habits, supporting their drug dealers or pimps and feeding your own addiction in the process.

Who told you 100% of providers are either drug users or working with handlers (or both)? There are some providers that don't fall into either category. Your task is to patronize those that fall into neither category. Yes, no one has drug user printed on their forehead but you should be able, in most cases, to identify those working with handlers and avoid them. That is the simple point I was making. In some cases, you can tell if a provider is a druggie. In that case, you should turn and walk away.
At a minimum, you avoid providers that fall into any of the standard exclusion categories; and there is the broader point I was making: there should be standard exclusion categories, including providers working with handlers. The main point of my post was to lament the fact that many mongers don't seem to even have or acknowledge these exclusion categories.
