They are now going to pass an ordinance that would hurt landlords if they rent to an AMP and the AMP gets busted. I guess the city thinks it is better to have a bunch of vacant units. Tonight when I was driving past "U"-Spa on Randall Rd I noticed that the lights were off, and I thought that was a bit strange. I checked online and sure enough Uncle LEO got them. They got busted for the girls not having massage licenses. I can't post the link because it has a bunch of personal info and I would get in trouble for posting it. In the police report it was also made clear that they are going after the last 2 places in town. It is just a matter of time before the St. Charles AMP scene is a distant memory. SaintChuck.

Many places have been hit in the past week in Cook County. They seem to be targeting the licenses as a way to cut down the amount of money these places take in.
Licenses among these girls are a dime a dozen.

I think that Dean St must have closed early that night because they had to travel to a rival Spa for a big money table tennis tournament. LOL. If you read the reports that I have posted from the newspapers and the official government documents that I can send via PM, you can see that St. Charles is on an all out Nazi witch hunt and they don't even care if the places are legit. If the place is giving massages and it has Asian women working, then St. Charles will find any reason or violation to run them out of town. If you ask me it is a clear case of racial profiling and discrimination. I would like to know how many compliance checks they did on non-Asian owned massage places, I am betting ZERO. SaintChuck.

Always a manager on duty (one of the BS charges they used to close on of the other spas), masseuses are licensed, and from everything I know and have read, absolutely no 'extras' offered. If they go after Dean St. , I think they're going to either have to fabricate some 'violation', or they're going to find themselves facing some serious legal questions.

Seems the SC government is trying to eliminate a problem that no one cared or knew about. It seems these purges go in waves, maybe SC can bring back prohibition, while they are at it.
