If anything I'll drive around to check things out but I haven't actually picked anything up in a long time (reason being selection and popo). I stick to the AMP's where if shit hits the fan the popo's are after the residents and not the guests (hope that doesn't change/knock on wood). Besides you get the most value at the AMP. Sure DT is cheaper. 5ish for a BJ but IMO, not worth the risk, weridos, drugs, and other dangers you may encounter on the streets. I have to admit though. My first mongering exp was in DT. However that was about 5 years ago and things where different back then.

The other day I seen the lady standing across from Walgreens on Makaloa St.
Skinny maybe about 5'5 or 5'6 I would say about early 30's? I am not to good on descriptions. Dark brown hair with light brown near the ends of her hair looks like the lightbrown coloring is growing out. Wearing a bright red dress something that a lady can wear to go clubbing.

I guess my observation was on it that day. As a matter of fact her top was saggy like you say. I guess that day I seen her must have been slow since I saw her walk up to the minivan behind me.
