I stuck my head inside. There was a menu for foot massage and regular massage for $30/30 min. It said Jenny's Massage. I saw three rooms with full doors. However, there was an Asian (slight Japanese look) lady wearing jeans and a top who was giving a foot massage to someone on a cot in the hallway outside the 3 doors. Another person, who looked to be male was doing the same to someone on a cot. It did not look promising. She was definitely dressed for no access. Said they were busy and come back in 25 minutes. However the sign did say open til 10 pm.

Simi Valley police say that during January they conducted license and compliance checks of almost half the massage businesses in the city. The purpose of the random checks of more than a dozen businesses was to make sure they were operating within the city's rules and regulations for such establishments. Only one of the businesses inspected was found to be out of compliance. They say they found the owner of Royal Acupressure at 1975 Royal Avenue providing a massage without the proper California Massage Therapy Council certification and an expired business license. The owner was issued a misdemeanor citation. Police say there are more than 30 massage businesses in Simi Valley and they plan to continue doing random inspections in the future to make sure they are in compliance with all state and local laws.

I gave this place one last chance, based on a couple of recent good reviews. Despite the bad experiences I've had there. This was indeed the last time. I called ahead and asked if Jenny was there. I was told yes, come in. I get there and Lucy meets me at the door...she asked if I was the one who called, I said yes, I'd like an hour with Jenny...she says OK. I'm in the room for about 10 minutes and in walks Amy. Typical of this place. I go with it.
