How should a CL Encounter be handled to minimize things going wrong?
Outcall seems like it would be the safest, but incall might be for the budget minded. Avoid a room cost at least.
Also, some of the ads state "No Blocked Numbers". Would that include the throw-away phone?
Does anyone having a Rule Guide for the Craigslist Advertisers?

The same rules apply and just like sws you are taking a chance with sp on CL.
The difference is it will cost you more money, no blocked numbers means when you call the number appears on her phone not private. On CL there are some legit providers and some who want to get your money and do as little as possible. Try to see someone who has been reviewed you have a better chance of not getting ripped off.
