If you use a condom that is too small, it will feel tight, restrict blood flow, etc, etc. NOT good!

Had a few GF that were allergic to the latex. Made them swell like a puffer fish.

I started using polypropolene (but difficult to find,) and the problem went away. Just normal swelling from the workload.
