Oh yeh, has anyone seen the number of le on bikes, even late at night, hard to see them while trying to look for SW. Last night saw 3 bikes, 2 on main and santa clara area and another on siebenthaler between main and riverside, be careful they probably follow the SW, make a couple passes and check out first, especially on Main street.
Took a shot yesterday and rolled 3/5/X/Keowee/NDixie. Saw a couple of possibles, but they were too busy on their cellphones to look up. Saw one definate that I didn't have any interest in, other than that, it was awfully quiet out there. Started about 1:30pm, looked until about 2:30. Maybe the wrong time of day.
I am in northern cincy burb and crossed paths on a chat line last night with Nikki from east side of Dayton in the vacinity of smthvl and huffman. She offered her digits so I called her. It was after making arrangements to drive up she mentions to bring .5 with me. After complaining that I though she was a civilian she said "ain't nothing in life that's free". Took a pass as it was pretty late to be making a round trip up and back.
Curious whether anyone has any knowledge of this one? Described herself as being black and puerto mix.

Girls that normally would be cool are not. They are finding themsleves stuck with a habit they ain't used to paying for, especially the young ones. Be very careful in the city of Dayton these days, guys are getting ripped off more and more from girls who would have never in gotten involved in that sort of thing if it wasn't for the new found addiction. I recall back in the "80's and 90"s when North Dixie had hookers on about every corner, several jack joints and the nice private club in the basement of the Denture clinic. All of this has gone down the tubes because it supposedly had such a bad effect on local businesses. Drive down North Dixie now and see all the empty buildings. It seems to me the adult bussinesses made the neighborhood thrive.

I recall driving up and down Dixie when I moved to Dayton in the mid 80's. There were two MPs, way up north near Little York Road. There were also a couple of titty bars further south. But Dixie never really had a lot of business on it. So closing the ones that were there, the adult ones, just made things look worse.
But one must also consider the POV of the people who lived near the 'nuisance' places like the MPs or titty bars. They brought less than favorable people into their neighborhoods.
To give you a couple of examples of why people living near such places complain.
Tucson AZ in the mid 70's had 50 some MPs, most in trailers in trailer parks. When Tucson and Pima County (the county Tucson is located in) decided to close them (let's all thank the then county attorney Dennis Deconcini for his moral crusade, yes the former Arizona Senator). When one of the MPs was raided, one of the girls working there was 15 and lived in a trailer nearby with her parents. Sorry, I didn't like the raids, but had that been my daughter, I would have been happier than a you know what to have the MPs near me closed.
Tucson AZ, again, this time mid 90's, several neighborhoods organized watches to report prostitution and drug use in their neighborhoods. Main issue that started it. Young child comes in to house and asks his mother to help him blow up a balloon he'd found on the street in front of their house. Yep you guessed it, a used condom dumped by monger or hooker after 'finishing' their business. Again, if this happened in my neighborhood, I'd be one PO'd MF.
Newport News VA, where I now live. One motel (like a couple on or just off of Dixie) was closed by the city because of the 'problems' (that is drugs and prostitution) there. The motel is on a busy street, but has a relatively nice middle class neighborhood right behind it.
Any city or town with a prostitution 'problem' and you'll find that there are drug dealers and other assorted unsavory characters nearby.
Even in Dayton. I picked up a lady at her house one day and watched the neighbors write my plate number down.
So while the neighborhoods may seem to be dead, it isn't necessarily the closing of the 'adult' businesses that is to blame. Dayton has had many abandoned stores and factories for years. I am sure the recession hasn't helped.
I'd also be willing to bet that if you looked closely enough, you'd find at least some neighborhood resistance to any new businesses trying to establish themselves on Dixie. The lots that front Dixie aren't all that deep and access to them is pretty limited. The residents don't want the 'traffic'.
I know a wsw that i am friends with from way back. she has been featured on several of our reports lately. she was arrested afew days back and while at the jail the officers mentioned that she was famous to them because they are reading our reports and using that info to follow and call and figure out all the movements of the girls. we must be more descet in our reports and not give out too much info. i dont know how we can do it but please be sure they are reading everything we put down and using it to their advantage.

That LE is reading our reports is really old news. I did a quick search back for one of my [url=http://www.usasexguide.info/forum/showpost.php?p=559538&postcount=15]previous posts[/url] on the subject of being "descet" (discrete?).
Look further back into the archive and you'll see that several members recommended exchanging PMs only.
How much information to include is really personal choice, but keeping too much out does not help and being too explicit puts everyone at risk to being caught. Fine line.
I do not agree with people posting too much personal information, not to mention Jackson will delete if he sees it. Full names, phone numbers, specific street addresses, etc are a bit too much.
Also keep in mind that even without this site, LE would have as good or a better idea where to find the girls than most mongers. The typical patrol officer is out there at least 40 hours a week and though we'd like to think otherwise, they are not stupid.
