B.D.
I agree. I would be suspicious of this person's posts.
It isn't Galaxy, its the first bar on the corner closest to the parking garage, opposite side of seet of pussycat and hustlet. I think it is Plaza, Palace or something like that. You walk down steps to the bar. Sorry for the mixup with the name.
Someone tell me the location of this Galaxy Club.
Thanx in advance.
Went to the Crazy Russian on Pulaski Highway. The drinks were modest. 05 while the woman's drinks were. 1, but with no action for the price made it outrageous. Dancers where nice lingerie and perform well enough. But, more like a neighborhood bar than a strip club. Would not advise if you are looking for action, but OK, if you are looking to relax without too much temptation from the babes. Overall Dancers 8, Drinks 8, Prices 7. 5. Club seems to open at 7 PM Daily. A local crowd of 4-5 regulars seems to hang out. Like Archie Bunker's Place but with a 4.5 woman occasionally stripping in tasteful lingerie. If you want action, avoid this place. If you want a peaceful and tranquill place to hang, it seems OK.

Not to be judgementeal here, but you must have been pretty f****ed up to confuse F-L-A-M-I-N-G-O with G-A-L-A-X-Y. Though I admit, there have been times when I might have done this myself.
But I agree woth your basic premise, pretty hard core. I wonder if Patrick still runs the place...
Had occasion to find myself in Baltimore City and visited some clubs. Overall, the woman were friendly and appreciative of any business thrown their way. The bars charged. 2 for a hostess drink but for the Mouse Trap charged. 21 per drink. However, the woman in that bar were worth the extra dollar. In terms of quality, a lot of 7s and 8s. Nothing better. Nothing glamerous. In fact, one of the bar tenders, a former dancer, was the best woman I saw all night. Too bad she retired.
I would rate the experience a C+. Pleasant, but nothing memorable.
Note regarding the ban on smoking. When I got home, I noticed that my clothing did not stink, but nevertheless smelled of cigarette smoke. Could it really take years before this smokey build up in the clubs goes away? I hope not.
Another arrest on the block for prostitution
XXXXXXXXXXX, New 2 O’clock Club, Inc. T/a 2 O’clock Club, 414-16 E. Baltimore Street - Class BD7 Beer, Wine & Liquor License- Violation of Rule 4.18 “No licensee shall commit or allow the commission on his premises of any act which shall be contrary to any federal, state or local statute, law or ordinance or against the public peace, safety, health, welfare, quiet or morals” on September 12, 2007 (Re: Dancer arrested for prostitution)
For those who may or may not know the Stage Door has reopened and it appears to be in full swing again. For those who frequent the area it reminded me of how Foxy Ladies used to be. There seemed to be a ton of girls, mostly black all shapes and sizes.
Lap Dances were 20 (after a 10 dollar cover and an 8 dollar beer. Wtf). Inside its tiny, a stage, the bar, and an area where "lapdancing" takes place. After some standing lap action we moved back to the couches where she immediately asks if I'm looking for action; told me it was $1 and I'd already rolled $. 20 towards it. I declined and enjoy a lapdance that was. Enthusiastic if not rehearsed a million times before.
I also stopped into the Oasis and from what I understand there are new owners? Lapdances were $75 there but there were signs detailing some one song $30 dollar special or some such nonsense. I did notice a high ranking LEO come in and I do not remember seeing him leave out in the roughly 30 mins I was there.
Norma Jeans is still Norma Jeans, a facade of upscale but in reality the same things as usual. They have permit notices up commenting on the upcoming renovation in which it will gobble up several of the clubs on that small side street to become one larger entity.
I hope this report helps, be gentle I'm new.
I went to the Block last night. My main spot has always been Norma Jean's, mostly because of the amount of space and the number of girls. This was my first time going since last June. I was suprised to see them asking for a $10 cover charge. The doorman did say that there is no cover if you arrive before 9 pm. How long has they been charging?
Also does anybody know what happened to Shai? She was the latina with the hot bod who never danced on stage, just gave out last dances. What about Heartbreaker? Someone told me she moved to Atlanta about 1 1/2 years ago, but I know this not to be true, becauase I saw her when I was last there in June. Is she really gone though?
Hello all-
For those who may not already know, The Plaza was raided last Thursday evening. Apparently Police came in and those who were holding drugs simply dropped everything on the floor. When questioned no one would claim the stuff, so LE took everyone (dancers, bartenders, doorman and some patrons) to central booking. I think the only patrons taken were one who LE strongly suspected were involved in the drug trade.
They were closed during the day Friday and re-opened late Friday eveing. There were some wild stories about LE tearing the place apart looking for drugs. I even heard something about them finding a tiny secret compartment. It wasn't for drugs, but someone had been living in it! Who knows.
Word was that on Joe (the older of the two) had posted bail and was out on Friday AM, but the other Joe was still being detained.
Most of this is true as far as I can tell. Bartenders and doormen all over were talking about it on Friday afternoon/evening, and several of the regular girls from the Plaza were milling about other clubs.

-JFK
I was in the plaza thursday past and the new sarge for the district came through and introduced himself. and said that some guy I can't remember his name was not allowed in the bar and joe the old bartender told him that after what had happened that this guy was barred from coming in.

She was walking Wilkens on Friday night because customers were too scared to go back after the bust.
Krissy confirmed that a whole lotta of dealing takes place there on daily basis, with many of the dancers dealing.
For those of you who bought a drink for Krisy for $65 to spend 10 minutes talking with her. She spent 10 minutes sucking dick to make $20.
Now a word about cocain. I was watching a TV progragram today about John Holmes porno movies. Apparently he had a $1500/day habit which also affected his functionality, so lesson 1 is that dicka nd cocain don't mix. Lesson number two: don't take your sex lessons from Richard Pryor. I tried something he mentioned in one of his routines. It was about placing cocain on your dick, so you can fuck all night. I did, but it numbed the damn thing. It could not get up even with a beautiful Colombian chick trying hard to stuff it in.
Rumor has it the Jewel Box was recently raided. Any one able to confirm this?
Yes it was raided about a week ago. The police have been in high gear latley. Most of their efforts are to try to reduce the drug traffic. Last night they were in the harem . I don't think they made any arrest, but they did send several girls home for not haveing valid I.D. The parking restrictions after 8pm were put in place so the police cameras have clear view of both sidewalks. Dispite the efforts of the police, I have yet to see a junkie or crackhead who cant find his drug of choice on the block or very near by.
