If you are not aware, your phone has been secretly updated with Covid contact tracing, if you don't want to be traced and you have an Iphone, go to settings, privacy, health and you will see it, I don't know how to delete it, but I turned mine off.

So, gentlemen, don't say "yes" or "okay" of nod approvingly when a masseuse (or other sex worker) offers a hand job, or more, for an amount of money, in Massachusetts. It's not just a tipping issue. It's not just a mood killer. It's a crime!

On the other hand, she can legally have sexual intercourse with you in her massage parlor (or wherever) provided money is not discussed, even if she hopes, without you saying so, you'll be financially generous with her before you leave. Patronize only masseuses (and other sex workers) who do NOT discuss money other than the house fee of, for example, $40 for 30 minutes or $60 for 1 hour. If she offers sexual conduct (which includes hand jobs) for money, say no -- or risk the above fine and prison sentence.

Customers consistently tipping reasonably before leaving a massage parlor would make unnecessary for masseuses to ask.
