I am assuming you set a specific time and the booker confirmed the appointment. Did you consider seeing who was available at DI that day? With that long drive and valuable day off, having a Plan B might be a good idea.

The only fix I've found is to reload the app or log out then back in. I make sure to do the above when scheduling and when driving there. Frequently, just to be safe. Hope this helps.
