May be a bit off-topic for this board, but does anyone have any comments on DC strip clubs (other than the fact that the no laps and no contact rules make them lame)...I'm thinking about becoming a regular visitor on Fridays at lunch to either Good Guys or JP's on Wisconsin, and would like to hear some comparisons. I occasionally visit Archibalds on K Street, which in the afternoon is about my speed (laid back staff, decent food, and reasonably attractive girls who will actually talk to you)...TIA.

A brief review of most of the pages here the last three months would indicate that aroung 14th & K is the place to start. I have never heard of Lea, nor know of any ladies advertising as particularly being East African.

Comparing Archibalds to Good Guys or JP's is like comparing filet mignon at Mortons to a grease burger at 3am at the Tasty Diner!
Both Good Guys and JP's are basic shitholes and most of the guys there are treated like lepers and pervs by the dancers and staff whereas there is a club type atmosphere at Archibalds that is better than any other DC club. You're right though that as a rule DC clubs just suck. My advice? Go to Baltimore's Block where you can get some real pussy and touching is part of the deal in a big way. It's only a 45 minute drive really or at most an hour. For my time and $$ it's well worth the commute.

I checked back through your posts and as of August 2002 you NEVER asked for advice on the DC SW scene so you are full of shit. Unless you use two names.
Additionally I will also accuse you of being a lazy stupid motherfucker that obviously can't fuckin' read because there have been numerous posts in this forum that give VERY specific SW info and specifically mentions the girls with dicks. I know because I have posted some of this detailed info myself. I will admit that I never heard of them up at 23rd and K before as their normal hang out is down at 7th and 6th streets, but with the new convention center and all the construction there, they probably got chased out.

I haven't been to Archibalds recently (in the last 2 years), but have been to both JP's & Good Guys. The girls at JP's tend to be younger and cuter than those at Good Guys. I agree with you, and Trashman, DC's clubs suck, but as you said, for a drink, it's nice to sit back and watch naked women strip in front of you. I haven't ever gone, but I hear that Nexus is a good club but pricey.
If you want a fun experience sometime, completely different from DC or the Block, go out to Ranson WV and check out the golden horseshoe ... lots of contact ... lots of fun, but no after hours action. Just a fun strip club.
Anyhow, back to the topic of this board ... I'm leery of even trying to pick up a SW in DC anymore as the LE presence is getting so heavy. Hoping that it will calm down soon.

I first went to the Good Guys over 30 years ago when DC was really wild. I just don't like the no touch, no sit in the aisle, not this that and the other fuckin thing they enforce there and the girls have more tattoos than a biker gang.
Archibalds I personally really like because the atmosphere is relaxed and they don't give you a lot of shit. Camelot has some fabulous Playboy quality girls but it's kind of a stuffed shirt kind of place. Archies seems more inbetween and has aregular atmosphere. Plus I like to hang out a while there, then walk the beat to see what SW's have crawled out at midnight and it's right across the street so if I see nothing, I can simply walk back into Archies for a while. The girls seem way more friendly there as well.
Globe, did you think I was too subtle in making my opinion of Ehole known? I mean I usually am pretty tongue in cheek about it, but I figured he wouldn't get it.

Based on some previous messages on this board, I visited the black strip club in Camp Spring near the Hangar Club tonight & was totally disappointed. It definitely wasn't worth the $10 admission fee. The 6 or 7 black girls dancing ONLY topless ranged from 3 to 7. The lap dances are only a buck or two, which is about all they're worth because they're neither topless nor nude, & when I offered a better tip for some extra hand action, I was told by two different ones that it was not on the menu because they would "get in trouble". I observed that the other two customers, who seemed to be regulars, were not getting any "extras" either, so unless I hear differently, I'm going to assume that my experience is normal for this place.
So I left & returned to Waldorf all horny & upon driving by the Southern Spa, I saw an empty sheriff's car outside with the door to the AMP standing wide open, so needless to say, that was enough to send me back to my motel room without any relief tonight.

Hammerin.. yea that club in camp springs is not worth shit..... there ae several other really good spots in waldorf to go to, besides souther spa... plus i didn;t think they where open cause they had a fire down there about a month and half ago.... but you need to ck out some of the spots down there... Valentine's is good.. there is another calledi think icm or tcm which i hear i s very good also..... americano i hear is good... waldorf spa i hear has declined.... but they are still open.. and hot sun spa.. is ok... only been there one time and my experience there was about 4 on scale of 1-10... just some helpful info.

Now I'm going try not to get up on a soapbox here, but you two seem like basically bright guys so why on earth would you waste your time and money going to any strip clubs in that area? None will get you jack shit. Nor will any in DC. Not opinion, just fact. You could have simply taken 97 up to Baltimore and had some serious nasty fun on the Block. True, the drive is a lot further than Waldorf if you're in that area, but add up all the time spent for nought and then a trip to a shuttered AMP left you with your dick in your hand? Or simpler and more direct to the point than that and a little closer is a DC AMP where you know you will get blown and laid for a set $$ amount and no come on bullshit. I know that there is always the allure of the hunt for the "hidden" place where you can get your cookies tossed right in your backyard but you guys have to know that's fantasy right? Hell if it's gotta be in your backyard, there's plenty of incall escorts in the area even closer to you for a couple C notes or less and you've got an solid hour of pure raw nasty sex. Trashman in particular has made many informative posts with detailed information. Don't be afraid to do some homework on your own!

I was on my way to Georgetown from Downtown last night and was driving down K st. I decided to pay particular attention when I got to the 23rd st area to see if EMan made any sense at all. NO! 23rd and K don't really even intersect, as that's a circle right by GW Hospital. Not to mention, that there were not last night, nor have there ever been SW's, esp Tran SW's in that area.
To echo others comments, what the hell is wrong with reading the posts we have all added over the last few months to answer every god damn question you supposedly asked (although I also concur that those questions were never posted [other than the etheopian crap], and I challenge you, EMan, to copy and repost what your supposed post was ...
