So just to clarify, the one that has been giving you trouble and eating up your bank account, is NOT the hooters girl.
She has a ton pf pics she posts. From back when she was a hooters girl, which I don't know long ago that was but judging by her mug shot last time she got out of jail. Its been awhile She posted that same ad Lets Play, in Jackson Tenn. I bought her video she and her X made, and then we started chit chatting. First, what exactly are you suing her for? Was there a signed contract between the two of you, specifying services to be provided in exchange for payment to be received? Are you holding her responsible for your damaged truck?
I'm thinking: 1) you are going to spend even more money pursuing something that you have no chance of winning in the first place; 2) even if you did have a valid legal case, will you ever see that settlement? Highly doubtful. 3) You are willing to risk admitting the illegal nature of your relationship with her in court and potentially incur your own charges, charges that will impact your reputation and could affect your job or prevent you from getting new jobs? 4) Many of these women have learned to play the coercion game. They are used to walking on the wrong side of the law, they recognize those who aren't. Threats to expose or hurt someone can be turned into easy cash. Most of them are empty threats, some of them are not. Is it worth finding out if she's got connections to gangs, connections willing to assist her?
I don't know the history and details of your relationship with her. It sounds like it had a sugar baby element to it. It also sounds like it got deeply personal and that has created the deeply hurt feelings. I can't do anything to you or for you, but I think a true friend with legal / judicial / law enforcement knowledge would advise you strongly just to cut your losses, cut ties with her completely & permanently, and move forward with it as an expensive lesson learned.

You have very valid points. There was a verbal agreement of sorts. She was supposed to come help me work on my houseboat when we first corresponded. There was no exchange of money for sex so I doubt there is any repercussions there. And I am retired and work for myself.
