I took 99 south Thursday AM near 9 am into the city to grab a quick hitter on the way to work, saw zero activity. I left work early today and headed north near 3 pm. I saw 2 ladies near Lowe's and 2 walking past Kid Valley. I turned around to get closer look and the south of Kid Valley were gone and when I got to Lowe's I saw 1 and was not my size.
