That's a common effect some people get from yohimbine, which is a common ingredient in boner pills. Yohimbine can also cause nausea and if so alcohol will worsen the nausea. I always steered clear of yohimbe because I heard to many horror stories about heart attacks and other complications. I recently tried Monster X and it gave me the worst headache of my life. It was a lot stronger than the goldreallas tho. I was still seeing the other benefits from it for like 4 or 5 days.

If you want something potent, go to Tokyo Valentino and get this pill called Diamond. It comes in 3000 and 4500 mg. I usually get the 4500. It goes for around $10-$15. I'm not sure about long term side effects because there is no true way of knowing with any certainty, especially with these street pills. I just know that they work. They spiked with something. It takes about 1/2 hr to hr to kick in and once it does. You got stick for days. Literally. You going to be tryna stick something for about a week. I used to like that pill Black Panther. But I had one that didn't work and I never went back. Diamond never let me down. Also word of advice, it comes in a glass capsule so make sure you take it out.
