Apparently it costs $1 to post but then if they continue to repost within a few hours then it doesn't cost anything and it positions them at the top of the list. But if they wait too long they have to pay again to get to the top of the list which is why some girls will just state that they are available even when not posted. They are not shown as much or at the top when they are the free ads. Those that show in the general or gallery view are mostly paid ads so those that post free ads have to keep posting so that their ads are seen easier because many don't use the date viewing.
