As I have said 10,000,000 times, Atlanta is very over populated with desperate men willing to FCK and pay for anything! And remember that the pretty girls or slim girls are always busy and tend to take alot of time of cause they are overworked, so many men call them and get rejected or get no answer, and that's where the fatties pick up the slack.

Look at the average rate in other large cities - even for the fatties.

It doesn't have to be a concentrated effort at all. The availability of money is enough. Eventually she will either run out of guys willing to pay or the guys that are willing will start to expect more for less. Money is king to people who have it and people who don't. So if you got it to spend you won't spend it the same everytime and that brings the price down to the people with less money who of course will expect way more since the price was so inflated in the first place.
