Even if they could get any of your descriptions of what specific sexual activities you did with some provider + how much you paid for them (which would, I repeat, have been pretty foolish for you to write down) admitted as evidence: they would then have to prove that any alleged criminal activities actually did take place in reality & were not simply delusions or fantasies that you wrote down! Since only you & the provider would know what you paid + what you did: they would either (1) have to then get the provider to verify that what you admitted to in your "comment" or "review" of your time with her was, in fact, exactly what actually happened in reality, or (2) have recorded surveillance proving that payment was made by you for sexual activities with her; & in the end they would only have a simple misdemeanor indictment of you anyway. For the Fed's to engage in that would be like using a thermonuclear bomb to kill a single mosquito!

Let's get to a real conversation about why LMCD doesn't release some of our talents that they have in the hole for minor offenses in order to relieve the overcrowding that's making the news. The only time this might come into play is when there is a significant impact with the public like for a public figure, I. E. Spitzer type case. And then only if they could get the provider to cooperate.

I don't use these verification sites. Haven't found them all that necessary in my dreaming.

The notoriously ambiguous Mann Act, passed in 1910, made it a Federal offense to transport 'women or girls' across State lines "for the purpose of prostitution or debauchery, or for any other immoral purpose."

Then, as now, the justification for the law was prostitution-related human trafficking, although in 1910 that went by the super-scary name "white slavery."

The relevant section of the law has been modified several times since 1910, but it appears to me that it is still true that if someone drives a provider across the bridge to meet up with a client, the driver could conceivably face Federal flak. Same if you purchased a plane ticket for a provider to come meet you. If I recall correctly, part of the justification for going after Eliot Spitzer was that one of his girls flew in to meet him in DC.

How likely is any of this? Who the hell knows. But "human trafficking" is as hot-button a term in 2013 as "white slavery" was in 1910. So, let's be careful out there, OK?
