Don't expect any real conversation and the room will probably smell like smoke and be less than clean. That said, for the level of service you'll probably get the price is fair. On another note, some high volume providers are so used to being treated like shit some actually get going when you treat them like human beings (it's rare though).
If you think one or both is attractive then I would say go for it. I've found very little difference (usually just age) between BP providers in Raleigh who charge $.20 ish / half hour and those who charge .8 or less.
