The only time I've seen a lady in Polk was on a repeat basis where I had seen her before elsewhere. Polk is the Planet of the Apes Forbidden Zone. Imagine you're a sheriff who can't really figure out how to make your county not be one of the meth capitals of the SE US. You can't solve real crimes so what are you going to do? If I'm that deputy, I'm not up in heaven or wherever cops go when they're dead, thinking,"Cool, they got him back for what he did to me."
