Arrived around 11 pm Friday night. Immediately saw Uncle leos red and blue lights all over the place. Saw BSW, LSW and WSW, some real nice talent out there but unfortunately the girls were acting a little skittish. Uncle was driving aggressively up and down 27th making their presence known. I pulled over to speak with a super hot WSW, she would only come to passenger side and didn't seem interested in "reaching in", I offered her a ride and she immediately said the lowest is a hundy. I just drove off and didn't discuss. All in all, some nice visuals out there but a crappy night and took off after about 4 loops around.

Highly visible and aggressive LE presence with flood lights on and swarming up / down 27th and the side streets. Saw 3 undercover vehicles running through by the girls advertising locations. (I know they were undercover because I saw them with marked SUVs later in the parking lot on NE corner of Bethany Home at midnight). I came back at 1 am to no LE presence, but slim pickings.

Is there a spot on 27th good for walk ups? Anyone have any experience with walk ups?

Walk up service has always been provided at 27th ave and Augusta. Just go to the dirt lot south of the Hookah place and look for the man in the first picture.

If you head a few blocks south of there to the Highland Park Apartments they offer a different service (the 2nd picture). Don't believe all the hype in the news this week. Infact the further south you go on 27th the worse the neighborhood gets.

Don't do that. At best you'll get robbed by a very nice hooker.

Your best bet is to find a "Private dance" club or check the massage section on the board. The clubs always play themselves off as a place to get a private room for dances but are brothels in industrial areas. I think PD has put a stop to them all. There was one in Sunny Slope, 2 on University between I-10 and 40th st, and most notably Lacy's off 27th ave and Weldon (all closed). The bust at Lacy's was well documented in the newspaper and on this board. The most fun part was when the first and last names of their credit card records were published online. So, maybe use cash.

This was an unjustified shooting of the homeless person in front of the wall. I reviewed the video and that man was kicked out of his ex girlfriends house and had nowhere to live. The ex girlfriend attempted to have him trespassed from the apartment but she legally was not able to because only the apartment manager or security guard can have him trespassed from the apartment curtilege. The contact was not legally supported and he was unarmed and mentally unfit and was shot in a manner which was unnecessary because he should have been allowed to walk off.

This shows poor management and supervision by the government.

I drove Bell Road from I-17 to SR-51 today at 11:30 am And it was dead as a doorbell. I even drove through the Motel 6 parking lot and still did not see a SW. This cruise spot is not worth it during the day.

I drove around tonight and saw a good amount of SWs on 27th. Some were on their phones but were distinguishable that they're SWs. I've never done it before have why'll gotten SWs phone numbers for future meetups? Was kind a considering doing that but wanted to know what why'll think or if it's a bad idea.

I won't code this one too much as it is for our mutual interests. I was dreaming about cruising the "Blade" tonight and spotted the disguised Uncles at the Q on IS. A white vehicle with all the special equipment as well as dark grey SUV. I also noticed an SW on knee high boots on the parking lot across the house of worship, right before Maryland. I can't recall what other dreamer mentioned that the SW is in cahoots with the Uncle. There is some decent talent out tonight but remember, use the top head not the bottom head.

I think first offense is 5 days behind bars. There are others here (Lawyers) that can elaborate. Just offering a sobering thought to keep in mind if you are hunting on the mean streets of Phoenix. Stay safe out there, guys.

Recon is only safe thing during COVID.

Stay safe out there, guys.[/QUOTE]Good news and bad news. Bad news it is much worse at 15 day mandatory minimum. However, the County Attorney has instituted home confinement for many offenses. Good news is that the ability to get a jury trial is minimal and the case could be dragged on for years if not decades and the case would be dismissed due to speedy trial violation.
