Kinda hard at times to bridge the gap between being approachable vs looking like too much of a good thing. I run into a similar problem because I'm an old military vet and I still have the (balding) haircut and do PT. Most of the time street hoes won't even walk up to my window. Ultimately found it was much easier at times for me to roll with well-established escorts, because they're willing to vouch for me to any other ladies that catch my eye. I make sure to reach out to the references I provide so they know to tell the "new girl" that I'm Band of Brothers and definitely not Hill Street Blues. Don't get me wrong. I dig the hunt & haggle, but sometimes you got to to do whatcha got to do.

I finally met with Tiny this past week. Haven't seen her in quite a while. I had some work done on the house and had to get a room for a night, figured I'd play a bit since I could actually host. She was on time and actually showed, she's a notorious flake. I noticed that she's a little thicker than she used to be, then when she got undressed she was very obviously pregnant. She was characteristically quiet and and her phone kept ringing non-stop until she finally answered it. Sounded like baby daddy on the other line, wondering where she was. She's usually a good time despite her chilly demeanor, but that night we just couldn't get it going. She seemed distracted, I was not really into the pregnancy thing nor the smell of cigarettes which radiated off of her skin. We finished after a mediocre date and she went into the bathroom and cleaned herself at the sink, soaking the floor along with several towels. I asked her why she didn't just hop into the shower and she just shrugged. As she was going out the door, she turned around and looked me in the face and said, "I'm really sorry".

She did tell me hat a lot of the old crew from AA has been dispersed around the metro area. Originally social workers would get them rooms at motels such as Everspring and Nexus, however whenever they did that those places were over-run with drugs. So, the new tactic is to spread the girls out away from AA. Apparently several are in Tacoma and more are at hotels near the Space Needle. Makes sense to me, I never understood why the city's social programs kept girls along Aurora. Now what we're left with are girls from Vegas and LA, though admittedly they are in much better condition. So we'll see where that goes. Tiny herself said that she hardly walks anymore and instead runs ads online.

I was out for two hours Sunday night. Didn't plan on it, but events brought me near AA so I decided to go see it after not being out there for a bit. More girls than I'd expected and not really any other hobbyists around it seemed.

I stopped for two latinas near 125th but neither would come near me. They both looked at me several times, but when I waved them over they both shook their heads "no". Cruising southward, I saw the ubiquitous tallish thin sandy-brown blonde walking out of the Evegreen motel, I've been seeing her for the past year around that area. I intercepted her later on up near Aurora Donuts, she was walking along with a vary slim, attractive young BSW. They both looked at me, I waved them over, and the blonde mouthed, "which one? I threw-up my hands as if to say "either one of you". And really, both were damn alright. I'd been pursuing this blonde for the better part of a year. I couldn't ever get her to come over to me. She'd wave, I motion her over, and she'd keep walking. If I ran into her on a corner, she'd just stand and stare at me but not make a move. So finally she came up, asked if I wanted to date and I asked her to get in to chat. She got in and I was surprised that her teeth were a bit fucked-up. She looked really good from a distance all of those months. I said, "wow, we finally meet" and she said, "yeah, I've seen you around quite a bit". I asked if she went uncovered and she said "no". I asked if she might do it for an extra charge and again she said "no". Honestly I didn't think she and I were compatible anyway, so I never expected much. But up-close she looked like someone who would be staying at the Evergreen motel. I didn't manage to get her name, though and wished I had. I know for certain that some of you guys here have met or dated her before. She got out and damn that body from the back was nice, though. I drove half a block up and intercepted her BSW friend, very attractive girl with a great body in a miniskirt. She asked, "what's up?" and I asked if she wanted to talk and she said, "you're looking for bareback?" I thought maybe I had a winner, so when I confirmed she said, "no, baby, I don't do that". Turns-out her blonde friend cock-blocked me and told her what I was looking for. So now I guess I'm marked, LOL. She said, "you have a good night. And look, baby, I want you to be safe, okay?"

Down by 105th I spotted a nice spinner but she was wearing a faux fur-lined hooded winter jacket and I couldn't see her face. I pulled over and she got in and took the hood down and I realized I'd met her before. She said her name was Ruby and I realized that I'd met her probably over a month ago in the same area. She was all smiles and asked, "do you have $160 to spend? Oh, and I don't suck dick nor put anything in my mouth". I thought that was really strange, not to mention very limiting. I said "let's talk services first before price, but I think I already know that you don't offer uncovered service". She confirmed that she doesn't, and I said that I'm looking for a regular girl (which is true, my regulars are all dried-up these days) and she still smiled and declined.

On my way out I stopped for a very thin tall BSW in a red miniskirt. Killer body, absolutely killer, and she started at me cautiously and then slowly approached and asked if I wanted a date. She had a serious look of concern on her face. I asked if she wanted to get in and she declined, asking me to tell her what service I was seeking. So tonight at least I got some shots, though none of them hit the target. Certainly better than the last several times I was out. One thing I did this evening was that I smiled and looked enthusiastic from the moment we caught eyes through the negotiation. I need to do that more often, I guess. Not going to find them every night, but they are out there. Up in Everett too, just not as many girls.

There has definitely been a very sudden rise in requested rates starting from last spring. As Michael mentioned, most of the girls asking those rates are not from Seattle. Unfortunately they also happen to be the most attractive SWs out there. I've had worse luck than usual this past year, part of that is due to the requested rates. I've had girls come to my window and say "$300" without so much as a "hello". I don't even mess with that, money is more important to those girls than service so I just drive-on. Often I see those same girls getting a lot of attention and guys stop to chat with them but I rarely see them actually get picked-up. They seem rather firm on their rates, too, attempts to negotiate have mostly failed on my end. Myself, I try to get her to focus on service rather than rate and then we'll talk, but they want to know immediately if you can or will even pay their rates so they don't "waste their time", whatever that means. I see a lot of them wasting time not getting anywhere, but oh well.

I wonder if this is a more likely scenario for why you have been having a hard time getting girls to come to your vehicle. Rather than SW thinking you are LE. They know that you are looking for uncovered and aren't compatible. Clearly they talk among one another and your reputation may be proceeding you.

I don't doubt that this might be some of the problem. I've had very little contact with any of the girls north of 125th over the past few months, but it's possible that they all know and have marked me. A couple of years ago after Backpage went down, a bunch of girls were pushed to the street and one was really concerned that I had talked with a few of the other girls out there and they all know what I was seeking. She didn't want to be seen getting into my vehicle, so she'd meet me elsewhere. I lied and told her that I hadn't talked with other girls, but she found out that I had talked with someone she knew and called me out on it. So that's definitely a possibility. In the case of the dirty-blonde from last night, she seems to be a busy-body out there so I'm sure that might cause me some issues. I guess we'll see. The interesting thing about all of this is that in the past I've met girls who have continually turned me down on service and then one day they switched and waved me over for a date.

I disagree I still push for $40 BBBJ, harder to find since everyone is agreeing to $60-$80. But once in a blue moon able to find. If everyone would start pushing back and only accept $40 then the girls would go back to $40.
