Waverly road is the dividing line between Lansing and Delta Township. Delta historically is a lot less tolerant of AMP's. From reports it sounds like FS is on the table (pun) which only increases the likelihood of short lived. AMP's in the township have never lasted long. Suite 7 has been the exception. Lack of FS and low key probably helps.

Spuds is going to start cracking down on parking I bet. But that location is NOT in Lansing. It is the municipality of Waverly which could be covered by Lansing Twp, Delta Twp. Or Eaton County. Pretty murky on who has jurisdiction for a place that used to be a CBD shop.

It is a Census Designated Place and unincorporated community with no legal status as a municipality. Which is really stupid because that was how East Lansing stole whole chunks from Bath Twp because they had no real boundaries in the Hawk Hollow area they took using that annexation law. Either way if Lansing got a complaint, they would pull in their cross-deputized officers due to that section of Jolly and Waverly that falls into Eaton county. That would be the problem. That was back in 2012 under Benero.

After Coco at Healing Spa was busy, I went to #7 upstairs near the Goodyear place. I heard that there might be a some continued FS fun after (the very much missed) Nancy left. Was met by Lilly. So $200 will get you everything you want. The only deterrent is the parking. I'm not real happy about being seen walking into a AMP. I drove past yesterday. Ended up just going to Magic Touch instead. Saw Chelsea for a 1/2 hr. Not as much action that for sure. Still she always gets the job done. She always seems happy to see me as well.

First, thanks, Bikerboy, for the price info—and for your detailed review. I went to the Waverly place earlier in the week before I knew and was shocked by an $80 door fee.
I called ahead to reserve a spot and was met by Ruby who was expecting me. (I was glad for that because bookings by phone aren't always honored at spas.). I only got a quick look at Coco before and Ruby did seem more attractive—less of a belly and probably younger. With such a high entry fee, I offered a Benjamin tip. Ruby said for everything I needed more. Not knowing what was accepted before, I pulled out a Grant and she locked the outside door.
My MO is to give her an enjoyable massage (enjoyable for me, too!) and to work my way to a patient DATY. She was responsive and obviously pleased (although it took a while to get her trips to Cumville.). Ruby was then eager to be fucked but at my age, a cover usually tends to make my noodle—shall we say, "seem overcooked.". I was able to get her agree to BBBJ instead.
