After seeing the posts that Mona was back I had to go see for myself, yes in fact she is! So, your hypothesis holds water in the case of Gardenia. I know that location has been a Massage establishment for a long time, but the (MUCH) increased traffic going in-and-out of the AMP with the new ownership (and increased service level) may well draw attention and a furrowed brow, or two, from next door.
