As far as recommendations at Churchill I have always had great experiences with each. Remember each of the providers bring something unique. Each one has amazing technique and features. Just be patient and respectful. This many times will get you more than the tip will.

Once you see them a couple of times, the sessions get more relaxed and enjoyable. I usually take a shower before my session, but has always been solo. The 1st appointment is always just therapeutic (at least that how it was for me). Then after she feels comfortable with you, she will offer a standard ending. I can't say for sure, but that is now it was with me seeing CeCe.
