Initially tried to see her for massage, haircut, shave, and manzillian. She said she does FBSM once a month from a hotel and doesn't do the other services while offering massage. So we set up for the massage only. She ghosted me twice in the same day so I never got the massage. First time, she went to get food and timed it wrong. She told me to come back late night and promised she'd wait. So I went back and she ghosted me again. She told me later that she got tired and went home.

I agree with the previous posts on 4 hand sessions. Generally speaking 4 hands is not really worth it.
They want you to pay the house fee for both girls, and then they both expect a regular full service tip. Figure 70 for 1 hour HS that's 140, and a common FS tip can be 160 for each, 320. So you are out the door at 460! And if you are a walk in, you have no idea what you'll really be getting for that cost.
There are exceptions. If it was the amazing experience like at VIP where a girl would walk in to surprise mongers with a free taste of 4 hands, then by all means soak up the joy. But that is now just a memory, for those lucky mongers who experienced it.

These proposals would apply to Friday and Saturday nights, and may be adjusted for special occasions, and holidays.
Pricing.
Single women would be allowed in Free. The more women encouraged to show up, the more paying men you can allow in.
Couples would pay $30, and be offered a bottle of Champaign as a gift, up to 9:30. While supply lasts, but if I was the manager, supply would always last.
2 or more single women coming together would also receive a bottle of bubbly up to 9:30. The investment would be worth it.
Single men pay $100 up to 9:30 and $120 from 9:31 to when ever the cut off is. Continue giving Military and Student discounts.
Consider a Regular attendee or VIP list of men who come regularly, and charge $80. Determine what makes someone a regular. Be it the number visits a month or year, or their volunteer help.
Have a discount on the second night for someone coming both Friday and Saturday nights. (Excluding regulars, who should be attending regularly anyway and already get a discount).
Attendance.
Single men would be limited. A good ratio of M: W would be calculated and then as women would come additional men would be permitted to attend. This will create a line, but it will also make it a more comfortable balance, and add an air of being an exclusive cllub.
As men leave, more men can come in, balancing the ratio. However, as women leave, the men inside would remain.
This removes what seems to be a growing problem of women being uncomfortable with hordes of horny men being pushy. And this reduces the competition amongst the horny hordes. Making both the women and the men happier.
It is obvious the hordes of single guys bring in the money, but if the hordes are limited, more women and couples will show up, and although, it may be a financial hit at first, as more women and couples come by using the ratio you will allow more higher paying men in.
Security / Staff.
More security is necessary. There needs to be staff bouncers (plural) inside, at the front door, and someone to watch the parking lot. Even the working bartenders can do a loop around the rooms when there are two on shift. Or at a shift change. Bartenders become part of the "security" cadre.
To augment the staff, the "regulars" would understand that as a regular; they must agree to be alert for a half hour during the night (inside), and to monitor things going on at the "Party". They are not staff, but can speak up to correct a situation, or report to the staff to get the situation addressed. The point is that someone is paying attention to what is going on. This lets the customers (especially the women) know that they are kept safe and the assholes will learn that misbehavior is going to be addressed. Moreover, any single person will have someone to reach out to if they have any issues with a patron.
When it is popularly known that women and couples feel safe and have a good time, the total numbers of patrons will increase.
I think this will create a safer more comfortable environment. Thus allowing Thads to compete better with other clubs and events in San Diego. I also think it will encourage single women and couples, which is the bread and butter (Milk and Honey) of swing clubs.
Maybe just my two cents or perhaps some fine free business advice. I'd sure hate to see Thad's go the way of the Dodo.
I agree about the double the normal fee for a four hands / two girl session. I usually have to pay two house fees and then the normal FS tip to each girl. So it is a $400 cost for a 30 m minute two girl session.

The "previous administration," a jolly guy known as "Pete" would be much more open to such suggestions.
Also, you mention "security. " IDK if they are paid or volunteer, but many were far from professional. I've seen someone receive a "lifetime ban" and be back 2 months later. I've seen a "security guard" give a "bull" a nod and allow him to walk into the couples area without a woman with him.
As far as your idea to give couples a bottle of champagne, IDK if this would be possible. My understanding is Thad's does not have a liquor license. That's why it is BYOB. The bartenders are more like coat checkers than bar tenders who serve drinks. You drop off the drink and then fetch it later in the evening.
Your idea of having regulars double up as "hall monitors" sounds great on paper but IDK how it would work in the real world. What happens when one regular gets an invite to play with on hall monitor duty, does another regular cover for them and then they make up the last 15 minutes of their shift? What happens when a regular had too much to drink? What happens when one person has a different idea of what constitutes "consent" based on another? (I think there is a huge generational divide on this one.) My experience in work situations is that there is always that guy who expects you to cover for him but never covers for you, should I be less cynical with "Thad's regulars"?
Sorry if I sound harsh, Max. I think you are a cool guy and if we met under the right circumstances, we would likely enjoy a drink together and have plenty of stories to share IRL. Even though I have ben very critical of Thad's, I do acknowledge that it has ben many people's introduction into the lifestyle. That's a double edge sword. Some people who would've presumably loved the lifestyle were turned off by things at Thads such as the dilapidated conditions never to return. Some were motivated to seek out better situations. It is what it is.
