Where do you want to work? The further out from town, the less attractive the women get. Lease rent is very expensive as most of those master leases were made years ago and leased out to someone else, then someone else so the amount keeps going up. I think Butterfly pays @ $30k a month in lease rent.

You will also need to get licensed by the Honolulu Liquor Commission and they also oversee all transfers of ownership. If you do not have experience running a bar, they will give you a hard time on the transfer.

Start off small as that will be the easiest to manage. You can go to Moonflower and talk to Chanel as she's probably willing to lease out her bar.

You'll need the special ingredients: corrupt gov't official, businessman, and thugs. Haha.

Another one in Kalihi near Chocolate behind Zippy's but bar is small and closed now so not sure ow you can get in touch with that Mama.

Well, 1st stop was Kalihi. But not much going on so it was off to town. Checked Moonflower and saw that one who will take you to her place for $$ (did once. Not again.) Can't even remember her name. Camelot had a lot of young ones sitting on the couch with a bunch of old guys at the bar (like me). Maya's appeared slow but it was early (9pm). Back to Kalihi around 10.

Chocolate. Nope. Only good one was busy. Carnival, didn't go in. Green Tea. Had one nice one but she was busy (naturally). Pisces. Maybe 2 or 3. Iris. Nope. All in all a wasted night. Didn't quite get why Fire & Ice had a full parking lot. Last time I checked there was only 1 old one there. Sorry for no names but I didn't want to buy any of them drinks just to find out.

ANot the one currently at eve but anyone know the Ivy at Splash? Says she new there and probably so. I have been going out every night for past two months frequentand have only seen her there recently. She is so sweet looking think I got a cavity the other day just from looking at her.

Went out early. 7:30. Destiny not bad, but by 9:30, no mo' wahine. Went to Red Carnation, Okay. Get wahine, but new so don't know action. Suck thumb drank my beer and left. Ended up at old Festival. Nice place, clean and inviting. But neva see real winnahs. YMMV. Back to Koreamoku.

She (I.V.) has been there a couple of months, from Cleopatra. She claims she's always there (when she's in town) though I've commented to her I haven't seen her. She might have been 'busy'.

She was sweeter and prettier at Cleopatra; here, now, she has an attitude. I saw her wheels turning when I didn't buy her a drink that one time.

Lot of them I meet nowadays drink slow maybe a drink or two in a hour but some after about seeing them three to four times it's like one shot on five to ten minutes! For those it she ya! The others I keep. When I buy a girl a drink and they bring a shot, that's my Q to move on to another girl or bar. I'll test waters with I. V. See if zhe changes.

Talked to the other Ivy today and said she stayed in last night.

Funny both I. V. And Ivy worked at Cleopatra at the same time I think so that time Ivy had to go by Bianca since already had the other I. V.

Went out late last night but Splash, Eve, D. Amore, and Crystal P. Was slow. Want Japanese bar after and ended up at Aoyama but only had one beer since it was unusually busy. Headed to Kalihi to go 1st Time but just as I got there my J g/f rang me so rushed to her bar, got her one then we went to Ever and Napa and we had a few more then off to home. Ended up being good night with great company and buying only ons neko. Glad I went out.

Like previously posted she was from Emerald City. She's been working for a while and knows the game well. To me, she's not concidered a typical ROB, YMMV, but I've seen her be one totally! Did get some play but was in Kalihi, town is a different story. Also she claims to be a so called health nut but smokes cigs.??? But hey, it's a "all natural" cig. LOL!
Refuse to buy her a drink. Like H M stated, she shows her true colors.

Now there's going to be 2 Ivys working at Splash. Got me thinking, who was one of Batman's enemies?
