Has anyone been to the new place in Chatt, located in E Brainerd? They are running an ad on STG, I called as spoke to a lady who said they just opened. With all the uncle activity going on I wasn't too sure of how legit it is. I drove by and scoped the scene and saw some normal traffic coming and going but didn't have enough time to try it out. I'll probably test the waters here in the next week or so but was just curious if any of you have already been?

Suggestion how to protect our hobby.
It seems that our hobby is under increased pressure for reasons that are inconsequential as the result is the same, these venues get shut down.
When we discuss services in detail and there are LE budgets based on arrest numbers, we make an easy alternative to hi risk arrests like kicking doors on hardened criminals dealing drugs with superior firepower. Much easier to raid a spa and make a big press event about how you saved the public from human trafficking. Most of the women I've met are traveling from spa to spa and could easily bounce from the profession when they want and some do after a long career.
1. If they say they are underage, bail. Otherwise get what you deserve.
2. Mention where, who, what you paid house and tip, and if you would return. We will take it from there. Our market has fairly consistent pricing. Negotiate in good faith, but negotiate. Save your monger blogposting for now, it would be an interesting read if the market was not under so much LE pressure. In the short run you may want to lookup some former independents too and reestablish yourself, and do not buy into inflated pricing.
3. Our goal is a market like ATL. Multiple options and price points. We can have it if we use better judgement about what we report, and for now being a little more protective of what we share in open forums. DMs are another matter. Maybe. Thank you.

Went to the New Place Friday around 5:30. No one else was there when I arrived, one other person did come in mid session. Met Mia from New York. If you don't speak Chinese, you'll need a translator, but she's super friendly, probably mid 30's and attractive. One other lady there I got a brief look at her when she popped in the room for a minute. Her English is much better. Typical $70 for one hour and full menu available. Can PM me for more details.
