You decide to intervene and say something to him because you think the person is bothering or annoying mama and the girls.

My friend didn't like the comment that the guy made but, he realizes his other friends were there so, that guy felt brave to say that. Plus, my friend is not the violent type. He just went there, ignored him, did his thing and left. So he got called some name, but, it will pass and he forgot that it ever happened.

Well, to offer a counter story, this happened to me once:

I was on my way to the Wardplex about ten years ago or so around 1am-ish. I was going down Keeaumoku and I notice a dual-cab pickup with about six young local guys pushing it down the street. I slowed down and asked if everything was alright. They all in unison asked if I had jumper cables. I said I did so I pulled over on the side across from what used to be Tower Records. I hooked up the cables and gave 'them a jump.

Now, they were all pretty well on their way to being shit-faced. After I jumped them, they insisted I go with them to Saigon Passion III and they'd buy me a couple of rounds and a lap dance. I had my heart set on seeing Kay at Worlds that night and knew I had a window of time I had to make. I thanked them and said that I was on my way home and would be in trouble with the missus if I stayed out any later. They were pretty insistent but finally relented. As we all got in our cars to leave, one of them ran out of the truck to my open window. I thought he was going to punch me or something. He throws $60 dollars in my lap. I guess they took up a collection ($10 from each). Before I could protest, he ran off and they sped away.

So, that went straight to Kay 20 minutes later!

Some kids are actually straight up dudes! Too bad you never know which ones you'l run into on a given night!

To armed yourself with crowbar might not be a good idea though. Some might get ticked off and who know what if one of them might have armed with a gun. To visit AMP or KB late at night at keeaumuku area is definitely not safe, too many drunks, homeless, thugs hanging around, some looking for fights, some looking for money. One night came out from the Casino bar, a big ugly looking guy asked me for $5, I told him I don't have it, he followed me to my car and stared at me until I went into my car.

For you Grace Lee fans. I could be way off here. But Ann from TS. Facially kinda reminds me of grace. I think they have similar eyes. Dunno I could be off so someone who seen Ann let me know what you think of the resemblance.
