Ms. Molly has lost her damn mind. It's sad what drugs do. When I met her two years ago. She was sweet and quiet. Now, she's on a downward spiral. And that strung out man of hers is to blame. Saw her Wednesday night at that Chinese restaurant. She came out and got on a bike, I called out to her. Which she ignored at first, then she said she's not working she riding her bike and her man is right there. Of course he was gone from shooting up, kept dipping and bending over. Had 2 different street girls who know my vehicle out of a million that I'm on very good terms with.
However, if they're walking with their boyfriends they will walk right past my vehicle like I'm not even there. First time over the bridge to Camden and have to say I'm impressed. It's like you get the nice white girls before they descend into the pit and cross the bridge to Kenzo World. I was there first thing in the morning (9-10-ish) and there were probably around 20 decent choices in the 45 minutes I loop. Everyone's decent choice is open to interpretation, but I'd put 20 on the high end of what you see in Kenzo.

He was preaching it back in the latish 80's and early 90's. I tend to follow that rule of thumb with stripclubs, AMPs escorts or street walkers. That is when most people are broke so less mongers to compete with and the girls aren't as busy and need the revenue stream. YMMV but then every new day in the hobby is unpredictable.
I have also had some luck last winter cruising cheap motels around check out times (Bristol / levittown in PA). Girls on foot with suitcases / bags slowly walking away in the lot usually out a back way. I've gotten 2 to 4 hours of "hanging out" for the price of a cheap room for another night and a meal. Thats less than a lot charge for SS lately.
Generally single welfare moms will be free from 10 am to 1 pm then got to be home till sometime in the evening when their babysitter (boyfriend, mother, relative) is home to watch their kids or till after their kids go to bed. Say 11 pm to 2 or 3 am. Something to keep in mind if you are looking for UTRs.
Those are my opinions on it and some of what influences my strategies for looking for company. I don't get out much anymore but sometimes I just get that urge. I have more misses than hits but thus is life.

I think the stroll areas are just too dangerous at night now for the girls and the mongers so risks go up for everyone. Mongers stay away and the guys that do cruise at night are higher risk for the girls so they stopped going out.
