The new one just down the road from Don's towards east theater.
All still pretty much the standard as they were before covid and the busts. Don's is a bit more strict with masks than other places as they want you to wear them on the flip.
So. Visited several places over last couple of weeks.
1st Ave: Met by Anna. Good massage with teasing. Flip was nice massage. Standard HE. Nothing exceptional about the hand work. Allowed UTC.
New Place Past Stillwell: Older lady. Used way to much oil but at least it was unscented. Did not ask how much pressure I liked but massage was still good. Standard on the flip with OTC only.
Place Down Past Place Next to Don's:

Then there was the non existent ending. That was a first for me. Completely ignored my "situation" on the flip. Then at the end she had the nerve to ask for a tip. Do not go to this place. Period.

They get a fraction of the hour fee and work for tips.
