Went to Clearwater/Dunedin area this weekend for a work trip, our hotel was a few blocks from Oasis so last nite we decided to stop by. After being there for about an hour one of the girls on the main stage asked if I wanted to have some more fun. Hell yeah! About twenty minutes later she summons be to the private dance area, paid the doorman-esque guy the dance fee, gave him a tip, and as soon as her and I were alone she asked what I wanted, a few bucks later I was having the time of my life, I've been to a few strip clubs before and never have I been allowed the much access to a dancer, I will most certainly be going back there when I'm in the area.

I'm about to the point where YS has lost its interest for me anyway. To much BS there. A show time every 30 minutes, the VIP room charge for every visit, girls pushing the champ. room more than ever, intrusive managers constantly in the VIP rooms, etc., etc.

Clubs in Jax do not do that type of BS and the girls seem to be a lot more friendly. Plus, it is a shorter drive for me too.

I've been going to YS since 2003 and nothing has changed except the girls. There is always going to be the girls that will do this and don't do that.

I have visited Atlantis Strip club a few times and found it to be very nice. Some of the girls are hot some are not. The girls are all different in what they offer in the VIP private room. So don't forget to ask what they are willing to do in the private room before you go back there and how much of a tip they expect.

Usually they are desperate for their next fix and need to make absolutely sure they get the cash. I either avoid them or use their desperation to my advantage by getting a good deal.

Some of the girls just say "it is like a lap dance but a little more private". These are the one's who don't really play. Some of the girls will say something along the lines of "I promise you will leave happy", "I can get naked and rub my #$%^ all over your *#%@" . Towards the end of the day shift some girls will actually tell you they will please you by hand, mouth or "it will be like getting a dance from your girlfriend". My girl is a dancer & also works for one of the local aroma shops. According to her, many of the girls will tell you the act she is willing to perform and how much of a tip she would like before going back for your dance in the regular rooms and VIP. This info is coming from a dancer that has worked at several clubs around the bay area.

Dude, I'm not a rookie....I know how it works....I also know how stale intel can get really fast....so, I sent out a 411 earlier this week....got nothing from you Tampa locals....so.....I went out on my own.

I've been on this board for 4 years, so if that's not a senior member, I don't know what is. Granted, I don't have many posts. You know why? A) I read and gather all the intel I need from this board and 2) I have a lot better things to do. And the fact is if the person in question had read 1-2 pages of this thread, he'd have seen a repeating theme, and no mention of 2k1 anywhere. A senior member from Tampa PM'd me and explained the situation on the boards here. I understand why I got the cold shoulder now. No big deal.
