I'm a new member on here been reading a lot of post and Ian looking for some advice and help. I have a and extremely high sex drive and Its not always satisfied at home. I have decided to stay very active in retirement, so I am starting to play golf again so I am taking lessons to get my game back in shape / I always enjoyed playing and watching volley ball, so I have recruited a playing partner / something new for me is Yoga, my yoga instructor is awesome. Yoga is a great way to end your day after playing golf and or volley ball.
