Ok, but the $$$ for the property owners or landlords might say different, just saying from the landlord side how I would see it. Plus, with the facial recognition software as we experienced from that attacks on DC, no one can screw around now. How fast they found them to bring to prosecution, even that 2 that set homemade bombs in Longs Moiliili, they found them pretty quick. Technology, fantastic, be aware, they are watching you.

I personally don't frequent cc like back in the day but I have no qualms about going there as I only see independent service providers. Mornings and early afternoons are best. And yes lots of legit Thai still around. Never had a problem with management or security. Look professional and understand the tactics / strategy of blending in like a Jedi master.

The problem is that they lack the Grade A stock that they used to import in. Except for one mind-boggler. Except she demanded $$60 for her services. I had to back out.

Went to check this place out yesterday. Saw her ad on CL, contacted and setup a time. Nice place, plenty of parking, everything is fairly new with some construction / renovation still in progress. Entered and was greeted by the lady in the pic, couldn't shower beforehand as another customer was already in there but used a separate bathroom before the session. Noticed there was a room in the back with the door slightly ajar with beds / mats on the floor so probably for rotating visiting therapists.

Took the 1 hour sampler going in blind with no expectations. She was friendly, led me to a room and instructed me to remove my clothes BUT leave on my underwear. I always ask for strong massage to test a new therapists skills to see if I will repeat in the future. She wiped me down with a hot towel since shower was not available. Ok technique nothing special, medium to light pressure. Walk on back, some light stretching, then oil massage on back, legs, and neck. She also gave me a little bit of hot stone treatment for no additional charge. On the flip, hot towel under the neck and another over my forehead and eyes. FYI, The sheet stayed on the whole time revealing only the parts that she was massaging at the time. No signs of extras with this one maybe with multiple visits but I'll move on. No shortage of time though she was texting a couple times during the session. I didn't get a chance to meet any other staff or the owner so not sure who runs this establishment. By the way, they charge $65 per hour standard rate. I might repeat on another occasion but with a different therapist as I did like the place.

As far as legit Thai's, I'd rather stick with Wassana or Tiffany as I know they can deliver the pain with consistency on service and technique.
