Remember They have to get this in front of the grand jury first. Prosecutor needs an airtight case. Give them a break.

If it was an OD, then there's a good possibility he was only trying to dispose of the body, and why they did not charge him with murder. I checked out his FB. It is only current up to 2013. I didn't recognize any familiar SW faces in his Friends section.

I think that's the real story![/QUOTE]Other law-enforcement, maybe doing this, like the sheriffs office or suburban police departments, and I also realize a lot of these girls have warrants, and the cruisers may be running the checks and picking them up for that as well.

How do you get arrested for Solicitation, ticketed for Jay walking and a seat belt violation by the same cop? I've been laughing and scratching my head on that one, all damn day WTF? So my only thought is this, guy pulls over, she runs across the street, bang jay walking, she hopes in and doesn't buckle, Bang seat belt violation, they negotiate services, bang Solicitation. This happened in the last day or two, somebody is really being picky or playing it straight by the book!.

The seatbelt is a ticket from months ago, the jaywalking is from her crossing the street to get in the car and that is when she gets nabbed for the solicitation. Or they got her for soliciting weeks ago and she had a warrant and she jaywalkers to try and get away. The busted website brings up all active cases even if they are years old.
