Any time you pay up front so she can get her shit, you run the risk of her never returning to the car once she has your money, out of the car and gone to some house to buy something. The apartments around Cotton & Center are the ones Old Puseater spoke about finding several of the girls in his report. I've always been cautious about picking up girls around there as most girls there have been a wheelbarrow full of drama in the past as far as my experiences go. That being said, I have seen some decent girls around that area, and even riding back over to 6th Ave So where the city jail is and looking around in those neighborhoods can be successful at times. Yeah, sometimes you're just not going to get anywhere with some girls. They'll screw you over regardless if they have dope or don't have dope. That's why some I've just been able to profile by watching how they act as you drive by them. If they act like they don't give a shit, or are getting impatient at me riding by a few times, then I'll move along. Ginal, I saw what may have been the same blonde with her guy, but they were down by the Shell by East Lake Park and it was right after daybreak. She didn't appear to be working but a SW I know who was riding with me and chatting said the guy was a guy she's dated in the past, so who knows.
