We all have our fetishes, and how we like to deal with them. I have been mongering for a long time, here, and while travelling on business in the day. 1. The outside of your dick is technically a mucous membrane (like the inside of your mouth, or a woman's pussy). It's much more susceptible to disease pathogens than regular skin. The clap doesn't have to swim up your urethra, it can work its way down from your dick skin.

2. 1/3-1/2 of gonorrhea infections and most chlamydia infections don't ever show symptoms in men. No discharge. No burning pee. You might have been the "Typhoid Mary of Clap" in your unit, constantly reinfecting the ****** who reinfected your buddies. .

3. HPV and Herpes spread through skin contact. You can do that even when covered, but your dick skin is easier to infect than regular skin.

4. A cut does matter for the big one, HIV, but doesn't make a difference to most other STDs. (Maybe syph?)

All that said, anyone covering or not is not my business. But be informed about the risks before taking them.

I suspect what Dapon was driving at was this. If you are going to do BBFS with pros, and assume that taking a piss right after makes you immune or resistant to the clap, then you have a high chance of becoming an un-symptomatic carrier of said clap, and passing it along to others.

Likewise, if you are giving that as advice to others, you increase the chance that they will catch the clap, and or become un-symptomatic carriers.

If you are having sex outside a regular partner, whether with pros or non-pros, you should probably get full STD panel yearly. If you are doing bareback, I'd say quarterly. Pissing after sex is no substitute for actually getting tested regularly.

A lot depends on how loose your definition of "legit" is. It can be done but real viagra requires a prescription in the US and Canada. Importing it from elsewhere probably does not meet most people's view of legitimate.
