As time passed, we learned that those efforts seldom panned out better than just giving an addict the cash. There are a few successful rehab stories, very few. Cash out of pity, well, that just fuels the fire. If it works once for these ladies, they learn to do it over and over again. I have absolutely no problem talking to landlords about rent or buying a pack of diapers, I do have an issue with H.

There were a bunch of soliciting arrests last Thursday morning. All females and all appeared to be streetwalkers (at least I didn't recognize any of them as being from Backpage.) All of them showed released within a few hours too. I have not noticed any arrests for pandering or promoting or a male for soliciting recently.

Timothy H* 65, of Bluffton, was arrested for solicitation of prostitution at a hotel in the Rossford area.
