Wow, why is Elliott's not discussed on here?? Trying to keep it on a super low profile? If so the dancer's are keeping it that down low. I have a beard and all but sometimes get mistaken for LEO with first impressions because of my haircut but not on this week. I had never been in before and went in my first time on a Tuesday. Only two working, one late 20's early 30's AA, one mid / late 20's white girl with glasses. I asked the bartender how much for dances in the back room and was told that the dancers set their own prices. Ding ding ding! I was just hoping to get some titties rubbed in my face so I didn't have enough cash to partake the private dance, but was quoted 1. 5 to 2. 5 for vegas type experience for 15 minutes from the AA. I definitely would have taken her up on the offer if I was prepared. Alas, I was not. Not exactly my type but the white dancer wasn't striking my fancy and had seen two other dudes while I was sitting at the bar. I mean the AA had just gotten done with a dude too. At least in the old lingerie boutiques in Rockford you usually didn't see the the owner of the hotdog before you put your hotdog into the bun. Anyway, fun to be had there.
I also saw a report asking about fluffer's. I've never been there either. Can I assume it's a similar type scenario to Elliott's in the back room?
If you're over 45 and ever hung around any of the clubs back here 20-25 years ago then you know it was a lot different compared to now. Big Al's was in a in another location back then on Main Street and was always packed with a lot of customers, sometimes 5 stages going with a lot of pretty girls and CC across the river was the same story, jam packed and was my top pick, really loved the CC back then. Anyway, times change but this past summer I stopped by some clubs here traveling back home from St. Louis and was really disappointed to say the least. I didn't even bother going to CC, the last time I was there a few years ago I was shocked to see how far it had sunk but I did hit Al's and the place in Kappa twice each. Both times at Kappa nobody was even dancing most of the time with a only a handful of customers, these were weekends as well, sure, there were dancers there but no stage entertainment most of the time. It was really ridiculous, you just sit there looking at an empty stage wondering what good is a strip club without strippers? Big Al's was better but was dead both times and the second time at Al's they actually had a midget dancing on stage, I couldn't believe my eyes WTF was that I said to myself? You just don't see the pretty girls any more at these clubs and they're just covered in tattoos from head to toe.
Also, I was informed by one of the employees at Big Al's that the club was just sold which is probably a good thing. The previous owner past away a few years ago and his daughter was running the club, maybe the new owners can turn things around but their web page doesn't even exist anymore, who knows what the future holds but I hope it improves.
Anyone know if Nadia still works the club since it switched to luxxx or if she does house calls? African American, tall, tattoos, big fake tits.
I go to luxx about weekly for cheap liquor and steak, but I haven't seen anyone like you're describing.

The VIP rooms are where the girls make most of their money, so that's what they focus on.
I would guess about 75% if the girls offer FS in the VIP rooms. I won't mention specific clubs, it's more common at some than others, but it happens at every one of them, I know this for a fact. You just have to have good etiquette, and understand how to approach the girls. Politeness and respect will go a long ways, and of course a pocket full of $$.
More and more girls (and guys) are going to the Internet to get what they need. It has taken its toll on the clubs.

20-25 years ago the clubs had an energy to them. At Big Al's you never SAW a tattoo on a girl and most of them looked like super models. There was a line to get into the place. Now?

Coming to Peoria and decided to look up strip clubs if I find myself with extra time on my hand. Came across Big Al and read a few reviews about other places. I'm confused at what you get for these prices, I'm assuming you still have to tip the dancer to dance or for extras. Or is everything included in this price?

I was at Elliot's in Peoria last weekend. It was pretty sparse.
There was a skinny white girl there. She said she was 35, but if so, she's had a very hard 35 years. She easily looked a minimum 10 years older.
She was thin, A-cup (or less, really), not really that attractive. However she was available in the back room for 1.5. I took her back there, FS was offered, and she was grabbing at the package, but I really couldn't muster up any enthusiasm for it. Essentially just had an overpriced long lap dance session, although she was willing for more. However, if you are not picky about looks and just want someone who's a sure thing, she's good to go. PM for name.
Don't count on anything at Big Al's.
I know it's not what you're looking for, but they do have a great menu of food. There's an $8 steak dinner and on Sundays beer is 7 cents a draft. That's not a typo. 7 pennies.

Anyone been to Elliotts or club cabaret recently? For CC better luck in VIP or normal. The times I went was great both areas but it's been awhile and I've heard it's best to go to normal rooms and not VIP rooms for there.

Wasn't much there that interested me. The one really pretty girl left shortly after I arrived.
I visited Peoria and had some mixed results at the clubs.
Started out at Dixie Rose. It was pretty dead. Two dancers were sitting at the bar with what seemed like a regular crowd. Got a drink and tipped the bartender a good amount. There wasn't any room at the bar, so I sat at a high top. I watched a football game above the bar, finished my drink, and left. No one got on stage or went to the private dance area while I was there.
Went to Club Cabaret. Also fairly dead. There were two AA dancers -- one chatting with a guy at the bar and another sitting with two guys at a table. The dancer with the two guys took the stage and did a nice pole routine. A guy took her to get a private dance and the other woman was still chatting at the bar. I left.
Undeterred, I want to Big Al's. I think there is usually a cover but they waved me in without requiring one. It was far more lively with a number of dancers taking the stage. Watched a few but didn't know if they were regular dancers or amateurs (it was amateur night). I met a tight AA with a great ass at the rail, tipped her, and asked her to find me after her dance. She gave me two private dances (couch dances are. $25/ song) and was very nice to me. The reviews I have read say that not much happens during private dances The dancers know where the cameras are and it seems like if you're nice, smell good, etc. , more than a simple dance is possible I sat back down and a dancer approached me. We talked about her background and how she won an award at the nudes-a-poppin event. We went back for two private dances. She was more reserved than the AA dancer but I still enjoyed my time with her.
What happened to the clubs in Peoria? Work used to bring me to town frequently, and I had some great time at Big Al's and Club Cabaret. I would meet the occasional Bradley girl at Big Al's and the quality of dancers was always pretty good. At Club Cabaret, the dancers were not as consistently good as Big Al's, but their best ladies were just as good. And I had good luck with takeout portions from C. C.
With the absence of high quality escort or massage options in the area, I would think the strip clubs would be THE place to go to have some fun with sexy, younger ladies and find company for lonely evenings. But I have been back in the area recently and the strip clubs are a shell of what they were 10-15 years ago. What happened to cause the decline in dancer talent and hookup options?
So Memorial day weekend I was in Peoria on Saturday around midnight and was looking forward to going to Big Al's. The first thing I notice is the parking lot was full of cars which is great, ever since they moved to the new building it's always been dead or at least when I was here it was. Then the second thing I notice like a punch to the nose is that it's no longer world famous Big Al's, but a totally different venue, the clientele, staff and entertainment was all Black. I couldn't believe it! As I'm looking around on the 3 stages all I see is 3 horrible looking women, each had to be 40 or more pounds overweight with fat asses of course, all tattooed and so ugly, if it wasn't so disgusting it might have been amusing. Back in the 90's at the old club on a Saturday night you'd have 5 stages going with very attractive women but not any more. I heard they have a new owner who now who lives in Vegas. So I couldn't wait to get out of here, after 15 minutes I left, I'll never come here again.
So I hop in the car and across the river I go, to Club Cabaret, I pull into the lot and see there's just a few cars in the lot. It's dead. So I just turn around and left. The CC was a gold mine back from 96 to 2001 or so and was the place to be. It was always packed and was a lot of fun with some drop dead gorgeous beauties. I really miss those times but anyway the CC has been on a downward spiral for 2 decades. Oh well, nothing lasts forever I guess.
So I'm heading back home by now and think, well, might as well hit the Kappa near Normal since it's right on the interstate, so I did and it wasn't bad. 15 bucks to get in was a lot I thought, Decent crowd, decent dancers but of course all it seemed were tattooed from head to toe, which I just detest. Not a bad place, in the middle of nowhere but if you're in the area, why not.
But I got to say I just can't believe how much things have changed. Years ago this type on entertainment was top notch in central Illinois but not any more. A buddy of mine mentioned that covid messed up everything and many of strippers are online now which makes sense, but what ever you do avoid Big Al's, it is the worst!

COVID just sped up the process that had already begun well before 2020. The ones that can't make it and be successful online are the ones you see in the clubs now.
Clubs are either going to have to change the way they do business to attract this talent back or die a slow death.
In business it is change with the times or go out of business.

John.
Recently moved to Peoria, figured I'd check out Big Al's since I was passing by on 4th of July.
Upside there were a decent number of attractive talented dancers, downside the only gals really doing dances were less than enthusiastic dancers.
Idk used to be on the east coast and a decent tip at the rail with an invite for a drink would get you a little chit chat and an option to go for a couch dance. Maybe it's different around here.
Lots of upselling over the base dance price just got tiring. By 2 or so most were drunk and hanging out off in the corner haha.
Idk, seems like on the right nice with the right gals could be interesting but otherwise a bit of a let down.
Fortunately cheap drinks and decent food made it worth the stop.
I've gone to all the local club and others in IL, IA and IN. Seriously, What's the point of expensive VIP rooms. I'm getting better dances paying $40 for a couple songs. I've done one at Big Al's and a couple cat C. Cab. They were ok, but what's the point of extra $$ The last girl at CCab was extremely hot, but hardly touched me in her dance. I didn't tip and she was ticked. Tough. It was the worst I've ever had. Then the other girls at those two places all seem ticked off to the world and just didn't want it. I've found that at a ton of other places and just walked out especially when the girls just weren't stripper material. That' and I walk into clubs and Nothing is happening. Yes, the economy is down, but they aren't going to get $ if they don't want it. So, again. My question is why pay an exorbitant amount for a VIP+ room if nothing more happens than a $20-40 couch dance. I don't get it. Right now Dixie Rose is my choice, but I even walked in there with zero girls out doing anything for an hour.
Work's brought me to Peoria twice this year. After sampling the local establishments, here's my brief take:
1. Club Cabaret: Hard to get a feel for the vibe on this place. Seems to be the less-attractive dancers end up here, mostly. Dances occur in a common room. No wiff of extras. Pretty dead the two times I was there. Mostly black girls.
2. Big Al's. Big damn open room, good number of dancers, but their vibes can be common hot dancer standoffish RBF sort of thing, from what I've seen. Mix of white, black, and Latinas. With one Asian chick last time I was in town. Seems to get very thug-ish in the early hours with a few folks telling me about fights and other shit going down. YMMV if that's your scene or not. Got L3 extras both times I was there, and the arrangement of the dances happening in separate rooms with closing doors helped facilitate that stuff, I'd imagine.
3. Dixie Rose. Small joint. Reminds me of all the good / dumpy neighborhood joints I've frequented before, just with titties and private dances. The blonde manager / DJ / announcer is a bit of a pain in the ass extra, but everybody seems cool enough. Three dance booths don't even have drapes, so there's logistically no way any funny business in going down back there.
If I was just wanted to get some drinks and dances and take it easy, Dixie Rose would be my joint. If I was looking for extras in a club? Big Al's.

Not a lot of eye candy, but there are a couple girls that definitely do extras in VIP rooms. There are some that hint it and don't though. Chanel rocks.
2) Haven't found extras. They are all too afraid of the cameras.
3) Girls are good looking but hardly any working or out. No extras but good dances.
Had some time to kill in the afternoon and saw Elliot's had changed management / ownership so thought I would check out things. Was about 1:30 pm. No dancers on stage. One came out and talked to me but I wasn't interested (I like a spinner type) so she moved to the only other guy in the bar. I talked to the cute friendly bartender a little until 2 more dancers came in. One was a pretty good looking spinner and she loved to talk. Got a little handsy at the bar so tried a couch dance. I think she knew I was testing the waters and she made it pretty clear fun could be had in VIP. She made sure to tell me the rooms had doors now. She said they are still getting a feel from new management on the rules. I took her up on VIP and was glad I did. Don't want to post details with new people in charge, but will definitely be interested to see how things go. Bartender said getting all new carpet soon and pretty sure she said eventually will have space next door and food available.

I never went to Elliot's to see her (I should have been more clear), but she moved and now has a roommate. Wants me to come to the joint and get a dance from her. I asked how long we have & she said as long as we want, but I don't buy that one.

(Except for Memphis, which has always seemed odd given that town's rep.).

I seen this coming a mile away! I posted a review here about 15 months ago, noting how it was no longer "World Famous Big Al's" but had now become something totally different. 2 shootings in a year and who knows what else. I said to myself as I walked out of here, this place is done, I was shocked at what I seen, I'll never step foot in here again.
Maybe the next owner will get it right, the last one failed miserably.
Any news on finding new ownership for Big Al's?
In the interim, how's the new Pony shaking out?
I'm up in Peoria from time to time and like to enjoy myself while I'm there. So I'm curious.
I've been visiting Dixie Rose for a few months and have been impressed since my first time! The ladies are hot, friendly and chill. They aren't hounding you for dances every 5 minutes and will just sit and talk. Dances are 2 songs for $40 and well worth the price! This is not a place for extras which makes it perfect IMO since that avoids drama and attracts a higher class of ladies. The cover is $5 even for day shift (3 pm-7 pm) but there is enough stage work or eye candy to pay for itself. The drinks are resonable and they have a fully stocked bar with beer, spirits, mixed drinks, etc. The bartenders are cool and personable. Britt is by far the best. Extremely hot and super laid back! The owner Jess is awesome and really looks out for the customers and dancers. Night shift is 7 pm to close (1 or 2 am depending on the night) and brings an excellent line up of talent. Ava, Angel and Aspen are some of the current dancers that are my favs. The other patrons are cool too where you can just sit and watch / talk sports. DM me if you have specific questions. If not, check it out and support the best (by far) club in the Peoria area!!
I'll be in town the coming month. What's the typical dance charge for club cabaret? Been awhile since I've been. I remember hearing regular was better to do than the VIP. Are the chairs still away from the mainstage or did they get moved back? Them dancing on you while on stage was the best. Might go to The Pony though even though when I've been the choices have been lackluster (back when it was elliottd) and no one on stage early but still been fun in past.
Here's where I think we are at in the Peoria area as far as strip clubs are considered in this year of our lord two thousand and twenty five.
Cabaret- haven't been in couple years, right around when they installed windows from the smokeroom to the stage area was when they went down hill in my mind. Last time I was there they had ugly women and not many, and the club seems to now be mostly black patrons and dancers were as before it was a good mix. Kind of a shame used to be a great club to party at you'd could get a strong ass long Island or some cheap beers and the best wings around, smoke weed and cigarettes in the back room with the dancers.
Dixie Rose- they've had they're ups and down especially towards the beginning but overall the most reliable club around, good music, hot chick's; cover, drink, and dance prices are very fair. Only real complaint is if you go on a packed Saturday night you might not get a table or even a place to sit, and then you get groups of 10-15 people in the middle of the room jabberjawing and running back and forth to the bathroom all night, if ya catch my drift.
Big Al's-Hasn't been the same since ownership changed, last and only time I went after management change they only had 2 types of girls, cokeheads trying to hustle guys for their next bump rather than blowing the dealers that hangout in the back and seem to have a friendly relationship with the club. Then you got college girls, they only give dances to guys their age and won't give you a glance unless the gal training them is near.
Pony-Owned by the same scum that now owns Al's, I had high hopes for this place because Elliott its previous name was a dump with cheap sluts, I only went to the pony one time and for good reason. Went there with plenty of money and was planning om having a good old time, I asked a Spanish girl with a nice body got a dance and we went back, I asked her for 2 dances, 60 bucks, and she kept going into a 3rd dance and I stopped her and asked her how many is that and she said 5, so now 60 has turned into 150. Needless to say I made a swift exit with my money and never came back. This is my number 1 strip club advice boys, every now and again your going to run into a scamming ass *****, there's no point arguing with the manager they will take the girls side 9. 9/10. If you have friends tell them to say you left on your own and tell them not to pay for it because they will try to pressure anyone you were with for the money even though they aren't at all responsible for it.
Farewell my fellow countrymen and may your dicks stay hard and your balls be empty!

The cover was $10 and there were five or six dancers, all but one was AA. There are booths for lap dances, a semi-private dance area, and a private room. I think the semi private was $175 and the private was $350 for 15 minutes. I was offered what some would call extras if I elected for the private room. I declined. I did one 15-minute session in the semi-private room and had a positive experience.
There were chairs near the main stage. There are also two poles in the sitting area, one at the end of the stage, and one surrounded by some chairs off to the left as you look at the stage.
Does anyone remember Cherry at Fantasyland Farmington Road? Are I P! Little short blonde married to owner. Website CherrySex.Com.
She was a real firecracker.
Has there been a change in ownership / management at the 'new' Pony on the northside of People that, itself, was a name name for the place roughly around the same time Big Al's shut down?
I'll be up in Peoria later this month and was curious how that club is these days.
