And I get out of there. Not running out, but not with my usual slow pace either. I continue to yell out cop stuff "yeah, bring them in! Bring the dogs too! We got them!
I turn the corner and make sure to look behind me. Start walking backwards. My heart is pumping, but I'm still just walking away- paying attention to evthing around me. A crazy smile on my face, figure I just might have to fight this guy if he follows me. But he does not.
Get to my car, drive a safe distance away, and post to warn all you its out there.
Be safe. And be smarter than I was tonight.

Their is a jack shack in Bloomingdale on lake st that does nothing but post ads on backpage all day, about half the ads on there are theirs it's a total rip off for the record.

As one goes west on belmont to the keating address area it's pretty much latino not so much in a humboldt park sense but close. Also the "I'm a cop" thing can go way south if someone calls 911 and they come as you were impersonating a peace officer. I've used that one as well and some people can get very aggressive w / their comeback. Also all coppers carry their badge around like they wear a watch, but so glad it didn't get violent in your case. Something was going to happen if you weren't as vocal or verbally aggressive so it worked out for you. Also since barry and belmont run the same way how far west could be anywhere until you got that keating address. Like I say mostly mixed latino as I have ridden along belmont in that area many times during the day.
