After striking out at Oasis in Philly I decided to check out Phila Pike as a long shot. Saw Heather by Arby's by Star Wars. Asked if she needed a ride. Hey mongers just an FYI. Nicole of new castle ave be cautious. This is my first post I stay in the Philly area but travel for work. Pulled in behind the wawa on rt 13 and quickly spotted to WSW. One blondish and on the thick side wearing pink top. Many cars up and down the alleyway but other than waving and winking they just walked back and forth the alleyway. One truck stopped next to the blonde and she conversated for about 35 sec at the same time an SUV came around on other side of fence in apt complex. She walked away and truck left. In an hour as cute as these two were nobody picked them up a couple of mongers slowed waved to them but they just waved back or smiled and kept on walking. Other bizzare thing they had a large supporting cast two crackhead looking guys standing down in apts kept talking to them and coming up into the alley and then heading back to apts. A third older dark haired dude was standing over by a beat up sedan and they would go over and talk to him and he would hold the blondes wawa cup. All in all just strange this was between 5:15PM and 6:15PM. I was by earlier in the day and I saw police activity down by the 7-11 around noon. If any of you guys saw this or knows these two let me know because they were both solid 7's or 8's on the scale just weird.
Fellow mongers, been cruising the 13+9 lanes and have discovered 5-0 presence has increased. In the past two days, have seen them ticketing anyone and everyone who is simply standing around. Spotted NC and DE ST 5-0 at all locations. Be safe.
That said, have also spotted some interesting, approachable. 5+ talent, but once again, hard to say if working with 5-0 or not.

Same behavior, waving, walking back and forth, shouting to some cars, back and forth to the apartments by the opening near dumpster. Saw bigger one get in a car parked in front of stores. I drive the Rt 40 corridor from 896 to Rt 1 near every day. Anymore at least once a week, usually in the afternoon I've seen a WSW, thin brunette, mid 40's? If you approach the DE stroll like Philly or Camden, one is going to be sorely disappointed: this is more subdued, subtle and difficult than the open air markets up north. It takes patience, persistence and a lot of time to figure out where and when and even after one does that, it changes and gets harder.
Look, on the north end of the stroll there are three levels of LE possible and often I've seen all three at once. The rest of the time two levels are possible.
So hang in there, be patient and above all be careful!
I rode down MD Ave today on the way home from work. I noticed a nice looking WSW. She had mid back length hair looked kinda reddish. I didn't have time to stop to get any info. I had quite an unusual experience last weekend to tell. So, I was supposed to see a BP provider but she bailed out on me the last minute, that was frustrating by the way.
