If you go back several pages you will find some places with a better then 50/50 shot, but 95% are legit- nothing in true downtown.
If your in downtown, go to harbor fwy and look into lomita or pch.

Just north of that area and still freeway close to OC is Bellflower with several rub and tug shops.

It seems that if a decent place opens in Long Beach, you need to get on it before it closes, so I figured I'd give it a try.
