It has been a while since I have visited Oakland. Had the opportunity to stop by MA for the first time. Joyce? Was my girl. I would say she is mid to late 20's. Cute with a thin frame. Recognized your handle from the Hawaii forums, which as you probably noticed are much livelier than the ones here in the Bay. If you're out in Walnut Creek the closest spots are the $160/ hr fly-by-night spots you'll find on cityxguide, usually based out of Pleasanton. In my experiences it's best to avoid; you're probably smart enough to know that all those pics are fake, and what awaits is usually something over 45 and reeking of nicotine and boredom. Those areas are usually locked down pretty hard by nosy neighbors and law enforcement as well. Couldn't give you an exact phone# to avoid, as the orgs run through them pretty much every couple of months, and the last time I tried one it was a year ago.
If you're into street action (or even for the eye candy, as another poster noted), International BLVD aka E. 14th in Oakland is worth a spin, though the 'hood is a bit intimidating. (And right now the potholes and construction are even more so). Either way the track puts the Honolulu one to shame. (I visit Hawaii every year and drive along there, but usually only see suspiciously tall, muscular ladies with prominent adams' apples, if you know what I mean). Check it out, but only if you're experienced enough to know when a bad situation may be developing.

Only spot I can really recommend in the East Bay right now is a Korean AAMP that's currently got a location in Emeryville, a "city" between Oakland and Berkeley off I80, asianangels. You are most likely going to be offered a HJ in these places. The other option is Apartment based. Likely to get FS here.
Look up cityxguide for listings and shortlist the ones that show only 'pleasanton' as the location.

"Can the other woman do me? "No, she's busy, too". I agreed. She massaged another 1-2 minutes then flip and immediately asked if I wanted her to massage Jr. I asked "mouth" and she replied "How much? I offered $100 and she said, "covered". We agreed and she walked out. Came back with plastic wrap. Not my favorite. Stroked a few seconds, flicked nipples, then cover on and away she went. Not bad, not amazing. Hot towel clean up, offered water and on my way. Was going to have a table shower after 60 minutes, but just skipped it and left.
I may try again next time I'm there, just to see if she is better without distraction and if she'll agree to no cover (I didn't try). No compelling reason otherwise.
