I don't understand why would anyone criticise Cooky Jar? Cooky is the most valuable member of this forum. He consistently and often posts large numbers of absolutely AMAZING photos (particularly shots of the PHENOMENAL Sabrina).

Is this idiot just jealous of Cooky Jar? Obviously Cooky Jar has incredible luck finding awesome women (plus I'm assuming some hard work as well). But he should get a million thanks for sharing his photographic masterpieces with us!

He has also shown a couple of streaks of hardheadedness in what posts and where he posts. That is part of the reason for his own photo forum.

Early on in his postings, there was a guy who did nothing but bait CJ on. His posts ceased, either through being banned or he just finally gave up.

Over time, I have both defended CJ, as I do appreciate his work, and harangued him for what many of us thought was a "I'm above the rules here" stance.

The Philly board was becoming so argumentative Jackson actually added a 'fight club'.

There are still some folks out there who don't appreciate CJ's work. Me, I no longer take sides in his battles. But he has irritated people in the past with his attitude. Some of those people just don't know when to leave things alone.

If your forum had a different topic, you'd attract a different flavor of idiot, but approximately the same number, and just as self-righteously opinionated.

So, the [I]real[/I] answer is that it's a forum. It attracts idiots. The longer you are here, and the more you post, the higher the chances of an idiot settling their cross hairs on you are.

I have been here a few years. I don't post a lot because my opportunities for enjoying the hobby were low when I joined, and steadily decreased to my current opportunities of "none". I, personally, do not have a thick skin. I have been drawn into one flame-war on this forum, and as soon as I realized I was being egged on and behaving just as poorly as the one egging me on, I self-moderated and deleted all of my posts in that thread. I try to keep my head down now, especially since all I have left to contribute are opinions instead of reports, and we already have enough of those floating around. (See comments about idiots.) I just thought that on this occasion I'd offer my experiences from other forums to give a little perspective.

Now, back to my regularly scheduled lurking. Cheers!
