Reviews on TER are no guarantee of quality. See my earlier post on Hailey of Backpage. When I saw her there were three reviews all with 7 for performance. That wasn't what I found when I saw her. Now I notice there's a couple of fives and even a two. She's not much higher than a two in my opinion.

I've had that kind of treatment from SW's when they really, really needed the money to buy their stuff. You probably would have gotten very rushed service.
