On Monday I had another out of this world dream with the one and only Patience. It depends. If it's a hotel in a fairly busy area with pedestrian traffic, absolutely! Examples: Cocoa Beach, I Drive (which I avoid like the plague), SOBE, etc.
If it's a residence in suburbia, like Palm Bay, way more case by case. Most of the time it seems that more attention would be drawn to someone walking down a street that rarely sees foot traffic. Same for the prevalence of curb-side parked cars vs. driveway parked vehicles. If neighbors are outside and wave or say hello, then you walk by and turn into the driveway of a suspected SP, I would imagine that some of the nosy neighbors would be even more likely to investigate or report. A car in the driveway may irk them, but seeing someone walk past, or park in front of their home is another story. Back into the driveway, so anyone would have to be pretty bold to get a tag #. IMHO.
