On Tipping and Negotiating
Tl; dr Don't tip service providers. If you like the service give good reviews and go back, but don't give more cash. Negotiate with cash in hand and show them the cash. Never take more than you want to spend and know your min / max prices. Always negotiate with your clothes on and be willing to walk away. Negotiation get's easier when you are in the room or a regular because you can literally show her the cash she's loosing. Be strong in the face of being called cheap or any other name and don't get suckered into spending more money than you should.
When I was in college I dated a chick who was a waitress and constantly complaining about how black people were lousy tippers. In hindsight I'm pretty sure she was getting close to 10% from them and that she was a terrible waitress to them. Anyways one night we were at a nice Japanese restaurant so I thought I'd prove a point by leaving a good tip, somewhere in the 30% range because the food and service were remarkable. The owner, who also brought the food to us, ran me down in the parking lot. He explained that you should never pay someone extra for doing their job and that as a business owner he had priced his menu appropriately. He also clued me in on the fact that for a business owner the best tips are coming back and spreading the word about how good your experience was. Over the years I've learned that for the most part tipping actually decreases quality of service, especially here in the US where it has become expected no matter how poor service is. Heck everyone wants a tip these days. There's no reason to ever tip a SP, especially if you don't want the price to go up. If you're that wowed by her then shout it from the hills or make sure you visit her again. Trust me, giving them more will generally not improve your experience or make them more likely to see you again because most guys walking through the door are trying to win them over with money and there's always some fool with more money than you. Unless you give some ridiculous amount a tip won't even set you apart. Hell I'd go as far as saying stop tipping in your day to day life and if you must then keep it to 10% at most. Even "fancy" restaurants in NY are starting to do away with tipping in favor of raising menu prices and reducing staff. 1 hostess to 10 table ratio or a 1 server to 3 table ratio often lead to a poor experience for customers who don't look like the type to tip well and at many restaurants a waitress plays a very small role in your dining experience anyway.
Loosely related to tipping, carry exact change. I've noticed a lot of providers posting odd amounts like 125 or 155. I started walking out on one who decided she wouldn't accept 120 because I said I only had 20's on me. After the session she told me most guys only have 20's and she can make an extra 15 because most don't walk away.
All good negotiations start with you knowing your bottom and top price. Since this is a cash business, never bring more than your top price because you will probably spend it and leave your debit card at home. Since a lot of providers in Raleigh are pretty similar in looks these days there's nothing wrong with throwing a price out into the wind, some will not respond, some will say no but someone will say yes. If you text a chick and say 100 for the hh and she responds with 140 then tell her you have 120 or send a picture of the 120, most will bite and the ones who won't usually aren't worth it.
Once you get in the room cash is king and unless the provider has guys coming in and out (avoid those anyway) it's usually better to make 20-40 less off you than to have to wait for another guy. In these situations your willingness to walk away is usually helpful. It's amazing how many times a provider has told me she's worth it or that I should go find a cheap girl only to say okay as I was walking out saying I'd try to schedule an appointment at some other time when I had more. Taking the cash out has a strong psychological effect because it let's them know what's on the table. Also, be flexible. By flexible I mean saying ok I've got 100 so let's do 20 minutes (most who negotiate don't clockwatch) or say how about we do oral only (halfway though you can say you've got to try the coochie and most happily spread it open). Also know when not to quibble on price. If your max is 140, you came in at 80 and she countered at 140 yes you might can get 100 but 120 is fine too.
When you do negotiate, be polite and be presentable. The ones I've found to be most amenable are usually 1) worn out from seeing guys who stink, are aggressive and so on so the thought of a guy who smells nice and won't bang them out is tolerable 2) they want regulars and you being polite and presentable fit the mold 3) you're their type so they'd have sex with you anyway and the cash is a bonus.
For higher dollar ones I've had more luck either negotiating extras or not mentioning price until I get to the room. "Higher end" non agency providers usually have a set price and are unlikely to budge unless you're a regular. That said after you've seen one of them 2-3 times telling them that you enjoy their company and want it to be a regular thing can usually get 250 down to 160-180 if you've been decent to them because it's less work for them and something secure when other options dry up.
Remember you're not negotiating to get over on her, you're negotiating in order to get a reasonable price. Especially new guys pay attention to my final words. Spending more money does not make them like you, find you more attractive, want to date you or even in many cases remember you. Paying more makes you nothing more than the guy who spends more. You're never going to buy their affection or love, just their time and adjusted hourly rate over 160 is more than enough for anyone's time.
If anyone has more questions or needs more guidance feel free to pm me.
The problem with Lousy Tippers
While some people may not want to pay a service provider extra for their service. Let's keep it real. You don't want to pay extra for your phone, electric, water or cable bills. But when you have a human being providing a manual labor service it's a nice gesture to show a little extra as you can. Non Tippers and low ballers are usually the ones who demand more (Even in the restaurant business) Especially in this line of work. Low rate girls have to see more johns to make money which will make them a high volume provider. Higher rate GOOD providers want to put more quality into their service and have higher expenses due to wanting to keep their physical appearance up, maintain nice comfortable atmosphere and ensuring that you have a good time. However if none of this matters to you and you enjoy Skanks at motel 6 that are on drugs, Forget everything I said.

Now, both MajorSlowCum and NcPantyHose2 quit posting on Sep 10th 2015 and Sep 11th 2015 respectively and both returned posting Feb 8th 2016 and Feb 10th 2016 respectively. It's also funny how often they have both referenced PangShalom, just about every time, since they have returned to posting again. Personally, I believe both Major and Panty are the same member and now I have to wonder what their connection to Pang is (same member?).
I didn't mind Pang because he seemed legit in that the experiences did occur even though the details were sometimes "colorful" to help build the story. I do not care for Major and Panty because they both often post crap for their own entertainment; watching the board responses and sending members and guests on wild pootang chases.
Had a really good time at that yucca place in carey. Got happy joy fun the other morning. It is indeed the new place for action in the triangle. Rubbed all over and it best rub ever got. Even better than the famous Mimi on capitale.
02-10-16.
Interesting. Sounds like that pang dude.
02-12-16.
Will miss poor pang and his long and unbelievable stories. He use to email me whole chapters that I would read before lights out. Guy did some very risky things. To much gay stories sometimes. But everybody has there demons. I wish him well.
02-14-16.
And that "thick and tasty" means she-meat. Beware of some of those BP gals. They ain't really gals once they lift that skirt! At least according to Pang.
09-11-15.
Oh I think a vast majority of guys on the adult bookstore thread would pay big money ($40 in their minds) to hit that up. She looks perfect for their dirty booth action and stained sofa gangbangs LOL. In fact looks like she just came from there! LOL.
02-09-16.
Agreed man, Phang is a pussy lickin machine. Don't know why so many comrades dog on him. His advice has always been spot on and he has saved me from hooking with some negative shit. Give Phang credit. He is the real deal. Period. He has earned senior status.
02-10-16.
ILoveDeams; first off thanks Pang for your review on her and TOFTT.
YES, thanks Pang as well. He got me more prime pussy tan anyone else on this board despite peoples concerns on his truthfullness or possible exaggeration of sexual encounters. My dick has been rock hard the last six months thanks to him.
02-11-16.
Nice. Me to. Between this and Pangs cock throbbing dreams I am all juiced out tonight. Need to run to Walgreens for some more tissue and vaseline.

Good work. I think you're onto something.
I'll follow and say that I believe Pang is not related to Panty or Major. Pang got banned after an argument with PleasureCum on the Durham board. I do believe that NCPantyHose2, MajorSlowCum and maybe PleasureCum (banned) are all the same person.
Everybody likes a good laugh sometimes but when the truth is twisted or a post is purely fabricated or a member is harassed and all for a selfish amusement then this is member drama. The board doesn't need these antics. Panty and Major have had credible posts in the past but when games begin then the reader can't decipher on what is a credible post from what is a prank or a jab to get under people's skin. IMO this is childish behavior especially on a board where supposedly men help other men save time and resources seeking legitimate ladies offering memorable dreams from those ladies who don't.
He has more than 2 aliases
Good work. I think you're onto something.
I had caught on long ago, but got into trouble with admin for busting him a couple of times. It used to piss me off a little because so many newbies were confused and heading out on snipe hunts and such. But the more I think about it, admin was right. Best thing to do is just ignore him and let the noobs figure it out for themselves. And he is not just major and pantyhose either, this guy has so many accounts it is pathetic. But I have noticed some clues to identify him everytime.
First off, the unusual amount of posts for a regular member is red flag #1. Then there is the goofy off the wall stuff about weird fetishes and alot of homerotic references. But the kicker is reading further into his reviews. He does a decent job of sounding legit, but you will notice that all of the reviews will just be echoing comments of other mongers about a particular girl. Or he will review a streetwalker or bookstore girl that apparently only worked one day and only saw him, cause nobody else has ever even seen a glimpse of her. The troll is also on every thread. Most of us here have a particular niche and stick mainly in our area of preference, ex. Bookstore guys, AMP guys, streetwalker guys and so on. The troll will post a lot on all of these as if there are 36 hours in a day. I took admins advice and just started ignoring every member that fell into any of these categories. So I could never tell you if pang was him or not, after a paragraph into his 7th post in 3 days I just assumed he was be. S. And never read another word. And oh yeah, he drives a truck and always mentions hopping into it to head to an AMP, an adult bookstore, a street in the zone, a motel off capital, you get my drift?
Good luck out there.
Chavez (bookstore guy).
RE: Disturbing Information
I'll post what info I can without the risk of it getting deleted.
I visited one of Ava's former partners. She basically told me that Ava is a heavy heroin user and all the needle sharing that goes with it. Also she used to do 2 girls with Ava and she witnessed her going raw dawg for not only oral but she had a many guys raw dawg her vaginally and finish inside of her. So they may not be safe and I would be cautious if you are looking for GFE.
If you heard this from Kendall, not sure she was talking about the same Ava. The first time I hooked up with Kendall, I asked her to bring a friend and she rattled off a list of names. Ava was one of the names. I asked her if it was the same Ava and she never responded. Anyway, she ended up bringing some other girl who's name I forget. She did tell me that her real first partner was that girl Kitty (changed her name). She said she stopped hanging with her because Kitty was crazy and loud and would do things that she didn't agree with. I didn't ask for details.
Bobby Brown said he had sex with a ghost
Brown says he always slept naked in a "big round bed with a mirrored ceiling" (of course), and he recalls waking up one night "to the sensation of a woman on top of me. I looked up and in the mirrors I could actually see a white woman straddling me on the bed," he continues. "The sensation felt exactly like sex- I could feel my penis inside of her and everything. It was not a dream; I was definitely awake while it was happening. All of the sudden, she was gone leaving me alone and incredibly excited and terrified at the same time. ".
