Tl; dr Don't tip service providers. If you like the service give good reviews and go back, but don't give more cash. Negotiate with cash in hand and show them the cash. Never take more than you want to spend and know your min / max prices. Always negotiate with your clothes on and be willing to walk away. Negotiation get's easier when you are in the room or a regular because you can literally show her the cash she's loosing. Be strong in the face of being called cheap or any other name and don't get suckered into spending more money than you should.

When I was in college I dated a chick who was a waitress and constantly complaining about how black people were lousy tippers. In hindsight I'm pretty sure she was getting close to 10% from them and that she was a terrible waitress to them. Anyways one night we were at a nice Japanese restaurant so I thought I'd prove a point by leaving a good tip, somewhere in the 30% range because the food and service were remarkable. The owner, who also brought the food to us, ran me down in the parking lot. He explained that you should never pay someone extra for doing their job and that as a business owner he had priced his menu appropriately. He also clued me in on the fact that for a business owner the best tips are coming back and spreading the word about how good your experience was. Over the years I've learned that for the most part tipping actually decreases quality of service, especially here in the US where it has become expected no matter how poor service is. Heck everyone wants a tip these days. There's no reason to ever tip a SP, especially if you don't want the price to go up. If you're that wowed by her then shout it from the hills or make sure you visit her again. Trust me, giving them more will generally not improve your experience or make them more likely to see you again because most guys walking through the door are trying to win them over with money and there's always some fool with more money than you. Spending more money does not make them like you, find you more attractive, want to date you or even in many cases remember you. Paying more makes you nothing more than the guy who spends more. You're never going to buy their affection or love, just their time and adjusted hourly rate over 160 is more than enough for anyone's time.

I think negotiating is a bad idea. It's too much talking back and forth. Here's what I do, I don't even look at a providers rates, if I like her I make my own rates and that's it. If I think a girl is hot, I tell her she's hot and I tell her what I have to spend and that's that. It's really easy. Going back and forth is a waste of time.

If you have some good regular providers. Same rule applies. I take good care of one of my UTR girls. I don't go overboard but I do something nice every time. While some people may not want to pay a service provider extra for their service. Let's keep it real. You don't want to pay extra for your phone, electric, water or cable bills. But when you have a human being providing a manual labor service it's a nice gesture to show a little extra as you can. And oh yeah, he drives a truck and always mentions hopping into it to head to an AMP, an adult bookstore, a street in the zone, a motel off capital, you get my drift?

The more members and the more logged on during the day gives this site leverage to potential advertisers to support this site. Nothing works in society without some sort of investment. Trolls have their value because they are an active member who counts towards the number game plus trolls stokes conversation. Some drama is positive for this site if helps the bottom line with the numbers game. Trolls annoy the true hobbyist because only we know the facts locally not the A2. You can plead your case to the A2 about certain members posting absolute shit that hurts local good talent but the A2 will only do something if a post clearly violates a forum guideline because the A2 cannot verify the trolls shit or the hobbyist facts. It's a no win situation for the A2 but the genuine poster feels at a disadvantage because it seems that shit prevails against the facts. If the factual hobbyist confronts then their post could be deemed as argumentative which puts you and not the troll in hot water over forum guidance.

Ignoring a troll or poster with a hidden agenda is difficult for me. I usually have to respond at least once but I try to do it respectfully, factually and reasonably while stating my views. Diplomatic is the approach I try to take but it's hard not to be sarcastic while replying. Anybody can create a profile and I think we assume too much in that we think we are always talking to a hobbyists when it could very well be a journalist, Uncle, a provider or even a significant other whose whole purpose is counter to the reason for this forum.

This site has the capability to track IP addresses and determine who has multiple profiles and if a banned member is creating a new profile. That would take too much time and resources and this site usually only does that when their servers are attacked or spammed by those who wish to crash this site.

If Pang decides to reinvent himself; well I hope things work out better this time and the lesson of saying your peace, letting go and moving on without being argumentive was learned.
