I followed up on this one, found the advertisement as described above and took the plunge. I called up and was not turned away. Heavily accented English was a bit hard to decipher, but we got through it and I was on my way to Roswell Road in Sandy Springs. Called from the apartment complex and was given building and apt number. Turned the wrong way (my mistake) and spent 10 minutes driving around unable to find the building. Make sure U-turn LEFT after entering the parking lot. The sign up front will point you the right way, but if you fail to get the building number before you pass the sign and turn right by mistake, you will get back and see another helpful sign which seems to want to point you to the building you are looking for. But no. It's not there. Turn correctly at the entrance and it's easy to find.

After calling the number found in the Mundo Hispanico newspaper I was given the address. The original poster is right, as long as U-turn left once you enter the apartment complex it's easy to find (aka the building is essentially the first one on the right hand side). Once I arrived in the apartment complex I was told to enter the 2nd door entrance of the first floor apartment. After a quick knock on the door I was welcomed by an OK-looking blonde-haired hispanic chica who led me to the bedroom.
As the original poster mentioned, the apartment is extremely well-kept. I was given a three-girl line-up (one from Costa Rica, Mexico and Honduras). After choosing one, the price for 30 minutes was $.5 and included a quick massage then cfs. While it wasn't GFE, it was still a very good time.

Most are 100 for 60 and I think the most I've paid is 120.
However, I am having a very hard time now getting in, and I speak at least passable Spanish.

This is the one that brings me to sign up myself. I'm going to head out a get the paper myself and see how things work out. This one is intriguing. I've visited many places over the 20 years I've been here in Atlanta. But this one seems a bit different. I like that.

Curious if any of the other establishments (some of them "Nuevo") have any history with the readers here.
And, if any of the participants with the Roswell Road location want to clarify the donation (50 or 150) , either by PM or on the board that would be great. I sense some confusion on the financials with the comments. This is a great find!

Roswell location is 150 for half hour. As someone mentioned before therapists are "ok". Roaming is allowed, but not GFE type of service. Apartment is well kept. I personally will not come back but that's mainly bc I prefer Asians and GFE service. If they are of any other decent, I like them to be spinner hotties which they are not. 1 from each region as mentioned before. All covered. Shower is available for your own use. Price point is a bit high. Curious to see if there other cheaper options.

The ads are in the back of Mundo Hispanico, available at most Mexican Grocery stores out front for free. Anything in Creative Loafing is not the real deal.
The place you are discussing is in Roswell / Sandy Springs. I've called but haven't been because it is too far out of my way. It is just as well because if they are charging 150/30 you are getting the ripoff gringo rate. THAT is the only reason you can get in. Enuf said. I wouldn't go in a million years.

It is difficult enough for me and I speak passable Spanish. Though over the phone with background noise it is difficult and plainly obvious that I am a dumb gringo, and get hung up on in 5 seconds. I've tried to get in the place closest to me for two fucking years and still haven't made it.
The whole situation was made worse because one place was busted a year ago. It was the first instance I've ever heard of, because they are very secretive. Yes, I saw the mamason's mugshot. It was a shame because I was a good customer and knew her well.
About these joints: They are usually in some dumpy apartment. When the lease is up, they move. Too long and even their illegal neighbors complain (who have to get up at 5 in the morning).
Those expecting some really hot Latinas can almost forget it. There will be 2 to 5 girls you can see in rotation but with heavy black lighting so it it is hard to tell WTF they even look like. Occasionally there will be a gem, which is the only reason I go back to any of them. Most are fucking DOGS. The real rate is 100 / hr or at most 120. Dunno about the 30 min, which I suspect most latin guys do.
If you DO get in, and have some Spanish and not a fat slob, the girls will like you. They are used to be treated like shit by guys that maybe haven't showered in a day. It also helps if you have at least visited their home country. Their eyes will suddenly brighten up. The girls do like to see gringos-if you get in-but only if you can converse a little. Gringos are the only ones that might tip them a 20, too.
And if not willing to treat them nice, expect the same in return. Remember that in the Land of Opportunity where the streets are supposed to be laid with gold, they are stuck in some crappy apartment and have to fuck anyone that gets in. These are *not* fancy Brazilian Termas in Rio. They are dumps.
If by some miracle you do find a gem, make sure to slip her your number and another 20. They won't be there long and may well call you later after they quit. You won't get their number because they don't have one.
Most of you are wasting your time. Sorry, but that is the way it is.
