I saw a sign yesterday on NW 13th but didn't turn my head because wife was in the car. This confirms the little sign I saw. It isn't too far from where there is a fast food Chinese restaurant and also there was an Internet café not far from there that was shut down. I'm guessing this won't last long. Better get while the getting is good.

It's on and. W. 13th Street across from the Gate store. I know the owner of the building and he is watching them very carefully, as I am sure GPD is also. First hint of trouble and they are out of the building. That eviction clause is in the lease.
If it is associated with the Lake City place my experience says it will take a repeat visit or two to convince them you are "safe". So, if you try it out, expect a nice massage. They probably will do that pretty well.
I went today and here is my report. 45 for 30 min, Girl looks pretty decent. Her name is Cindy about mid or early 30's Chinese. No Mamasan some Asian guy, he may be owner or mgr. Back massage so so at best, leg foot and head massage pretty good. She was a little flirty and climbed on top during the massage rubbing her butt all over my legs and lower back. But there was no HE. I have been to AMPs plenty of times and know the routine, but despite my efforts it didn't happen. She still asked for a tip, no HE no tip, she understood why there was no tip and that I wanted to tip her. The 40 $ was laying out for her to see. Anxious to hear other reports, so type them up.

I was hoping this was going to change the tide and I wasnt having to travel to JAX for a massage all the time. I did find a legit massage that is finally after 1 year is giving a HE and BBBJ. Hopefully we will start seeing some more of this soon.

I never saw them in Lake City, so I'm wondering if it's just a matter of establishing a relationship or if I'm SOL.
Have visited 4 times, first with a younger curvy girl, last three with good looking lady (don't ask, I don't name). Just thought I'd mention that several times I've seen a girl out front talking on her cellphone (NW 13th Street AMP). Saw the same Wednesday evening before dark. I thought she looked very attractive (slim, long dark hair). Good advertising.
